โ โ โ โ โ The room was super clean and was super comfy. The morning breakfast bar was amazing and the food was delicious. I enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

โ โ โ โ โ Very impressed with the checkin experience and friendlyness of the front desk staff. 2nd person immediatly noticed I was wating and came out to help. They also noticed I had left an item on the front desk and contacted me in the room instead of waiting for me to notice and come back to claim it

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible stay. Air Conditioning was running with NO WAY to turn it off, which wouldn't be an issue if the fan wasn't making a loud grinding sound. Checked in and went to cancel reservation for the second night, told us they would be able to refund us tomorrow when a manager is in, no manager and they are now telling us it's against policy to cancel under 24 hours. Also moss on sides of pool and hot tub? Sort this out.

โ โ โ โ โ The bed was comfy, the room clean, and breakfast had great options. However, the room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that it was difficult to sleep, and my pillow, which I bring with me, still reeks of it. Check in process also seems a little behind times- it was quite time consuming compared to many hotels Iโve stayed in, though I didnโt encounter any issues- itโs just that they need to enter a lot of info per guest and if there are several guests arriving at once, itโs time consuming. Overall, the stay was ok.

Only complaint is that there were no shower towels in the room and none were provided by the time we checked out.
Other than that a good stay at a nice property

โ โ โ โ โ Good Breakfast selection. Front Desk Staff was nice and friendly. Beautiful backdrop of the Rockies. Nice to see that the Cleaning Staff are consistent at maintenance. (They have a sign sheet visibly available in the elevator) Room needs some touch ups. Ceiling/walls cracked and tearing. Not enough light in the room. Lamps are quite dim but thankfully can use natural light in the room in the morning. But evening it's too dark. Tv guide on remote not working. Should have a communal water fountain available. (That's not part of the breakfast lounge)

Pool is perfect for the kids. The rooms have all the amenities you could need (fridge, microwave, safe, towels etc.) plus I love that holiday innโs always have sockets on every lamp perfect for your phone chargers.

โ โ โ โ โ Stay two nights both times the front desk was friendly and fast at getting ours (2 different rooms) . The rooms are typical of what to expect at a hotel.
Found the housekeeping did well at first sight and closer look at closet window etc it was Bed is medium soft so we didn't mind. And the pillows case had stitched in ( soft hard ) nice touch
Though both rooms we felt it was a bit colder, even though we spent a few minutes trying to figure out how to get the furnace to blow warm air. After at least 10 minutes in both rooms we gave up.
Shower head in both rooms had lots of pressure.
First night we went into the hot tub and pool area ( hot tub wasn't extremely hot 40 c more like 30, no way to adjust the temperature and the jets were not that powerful). But still nice enough to soak in. The pool was nice though .
The breakfast Continental was extreme there was ( pancake, omelette, โ pork and turkey โ sausage, diced potatoes, 3 types of cold cereals , oatmeal, toast, bagels, yogurt lots of flavour to choose from, juice's coffee teas lots of flavour for tea, cinnamon buns fruit hard boiled cold eggs ) wow !!
