★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Proximity to the Suspension bridge and highway. I like the staff, friendly and helpful. I like the swimming pool. I like their breakfast. Negative: The toilet was clean but I think the toilet seat needs to be checked by a plumber, slow to flush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect getaway. Trucker friendly. Awesome pool hot tub spa and water slide. Breakfast was delicious as well. Staff are super friendly. Just an all around amazing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wyndham should pull their license! Rooms are terrible. Beds must be 20 years old, sunken in the middle so bad they hurt your back. Sink was plugged, bathroom fan didn't work. TV wasn't working properly. Bathroom in lobby clearly hasn't been repaired in months, maybe years. See pics! I brought management into room to show them, didn't really seem to care. No compensation, full Wyndham rate, didn't care...next! They also don't respect Wyndham top tier Diamond members as they had a King suite they could have upgraded me to, but they refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever!!! Stayed at this hotel in December and there was a power outage for couple of days in golden town. Nobody’s mistake, we only stayed for a night as the room was ice cold. The receptionist assured us that refund will be provided for the remaining 3 days once the power is back. We never got a refund, have called the hotel so many times, so many emails but never got our money!! It’s been 6 months but no response from them. Worse experience ever!! Do not recommend this hotel at all!! Please give our money back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here. Rooms are not clean, broken furniture, beds are old and we'll used. Found toothpaste on the counters and bathroom floors had not been mopped as I found hair and spills by the toilet. They also allow transport trucks to park in the lot so had to listen to the engine running all night. To top it off the breakfast uneatable and I pulled a hair out of the bacon tray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was great, room was cozy and comfy! Pool and spa was awesome especially having 2 kids 12 and 2 was entertainment for all of us. Dinner was delicious and the views breathtaking. We would come back

Boys loved the pool and slide.
And the location is fantastic!
Breakfast/restaurant tasted great as well, some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Golden. Beautiful million dollars views through your window in your budget accommodation! We stayed in a pet friendly room and was clean and comfortable. (Inside looks a bit dated but okay for the price we paid ?) Staff members were so friendly too. Breakfast was great too.
