★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean, office staff were great to deal with. Shower, bed and pillows were awesome. It’s a motel for sleeping in, not a fancy upscale establishment. If you go in looking for clean and comfortable, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re expecting perfectly laid out interior design, you will probably be disappointed, look in a higher price point.
I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive hotel off the highway in beautiful Golden BC. Well appointed room with comfortable beds, close to town and very quiet. I would stay again. There is an Indian restaurant at the hotel but when I went in for dinner I experienced poor service and left without ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room looked clean enough, but bathroom was not. Sink was full of shaved hair and water was not draining. In the morning electricity disappeared in the room. Since heater was still working, I guess electricity problem is room based.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. And have everything I needed in the kitchenette. Also, it was nice and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are ridiculously congested, washroom had some sort of musty odour, might be from refolding of used wet towels or might have mold growing in the washroom. Front desk check in and check out employees were nice to deal with, restaurant staff and room service staff were kind of rude. No sense of customer service. Knocked heavy on the door at 4:30 in the morning, when opened the door, said wrong door. They earned 1 star definitely for that experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a room with this hotel. Was told 70 but on booking it was 130.00.total.
The booking said pool was operational but there was no pool due to covid even though the restrictions are off and all the other hotels have there pools open. The pool through the window looked disgusting. Could not get money back to stay somewhere else. Room was dirty and the bathroom has a shower that does not work. It's not broken. It's just there for looks. Half a role of toilet paper. Everything is completely disgusting. Would not recommend.

Very clean rooms; comfortable beds and service with a smile. It's also quiet considering the highway is not far away. Best value in Golden for sure.
