★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a great experience at all the Micheal Hill locations, recently they have been able to do a speedy resizing just before my wedding. The staff are extremely, friendly, and helpful (even when I come in with my work clothes on). I am very glad I chose to buy my engagement ring from Micheal Hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from out of town and was shopping for some jewelry for a gift in the mall. We were just starting to look and I thought I heard one of the salespersons say Can I help you? I replied I am just looking. She looked at us and said, I was asking How was your day? in a very rude sarcastic tone. I had honestly not heard her correctly when she had spoken the first time. I was shocked and became angry and immediately left. I was legitimately looking for a present and her rude comments lost a sale. Will not be back, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason they're getting stars is because of their saleslady Tracy. If I could give her five stars and the others zero I would. There were three other ladies there without customers but because I wasn't wearing jewelry or dressed fancily they didn't even look at me twice. I spent over $300 there and the only reason I did was because Tracy was such a lovely lady. She's an adorable little English lady - don't bother with the others because they can't be bothered to help you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service and management are outstanding. My fiancé bought me the wrong engagement ring and when I went in to get it cleaned, I mentioned the dilemma and they were so eager to help and exchanged it for the ring I really wanted. I cried in the store!
They were so lovely and understanding.
And the hubby is out of the dog house!
