★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to just look at earrings, the customer service worker Zack told me about a store promotion, which sold me on the purchase. When going up to pay I filled out a sheet with my personal information and said they have specials for birthdays and anniversaries, it was actually my birthday so put a smile on my face to have all the sales reps come wish me a happy birthday then offered a scratch off discount and the one sales rep said hopefully for my birthday I'll get the 50% off, well I did and left with the most beautiful gift. Thank you all for making this day special.

I appreciated he looked me in the eyes and talked and actually called me by name once he asked my name that makes you feel like your more of a person. Highly recommended if you want a great experience shopping ask for him to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and the sales person who assisted me made the transaction so pleasantly easy. The pervious sales person I spoke with on a different day regarding my band missing a stone made me walk out that particular day. She said if I had the protection plan then I would have done my regular 6 months cleaning and they would have ensured any stone coming loose would be tightened(what an assumption) . However, I am very happy I didn’t use one sore person to judge the entire staff. I did shop that day when I went back in to have my bands cleaned and stone replaced and will shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to Paris Jewellers to purchase a beautiful engagement ring. I was not only very pleasantly surprised by the quality and prices, but also the staff. Absolutely top notch service, friendly, funny and made the whole experience beyond fantastic. I was so impressed, I returned the following day to purchase an earing and necklace set for my soon to be step daughter. Same staff member helped me with the purchase. She went above and beyond both times. I would strongly recommend going here for your jewelry needs. I know I will definitely be returning in the near future for the wedding bands.
