★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richardsons jewelry delivers the best service I’ve personally experienced. I used the texting option on the website. Got a text back instantly. I told them what I was looking for and they sent me pictures back what they had available or could order for me. After purchasing the jewelry they text me back to make sure I was satisfied. That in my opinion is true honest business. Very impressed will not go anywhere else.

Perfect service, from the first phone call I made to you asking you about fixing it, to me opening the mail and seeing it today. Richardson's will always have our business, 12 hours away or not. Figured we would try Richardson's in hopes that a smaller store might have better people skills. Man were we right. Matt walked us through the process, answering all our questions and giving us all the information we needed to make a decision. We left the store with a wedding ring on order and very happy knowing that we have one less thing to worry about come our special day. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to them with a request for a custom ring. I sent them some pictures of a ring that was similar to what I wanted. They started working on it immediately and it was ready in a few weeks! Super kind and very easy to work with! Both contacting them through messaging and in store the service was great. Price was reasonable and I’d definitely come to them again for jewelry in the future!

They spent a lot of time picking out the diamond, setting and really listened to what he had envisioned. The staff helped him find the perfect ring that I will proudly wear for the rest of my life. They take their time, make you feel welcome and genuinely listen. Unmatched, incredible service. So thankful for them and the amazing work they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing store and staff! I recently received an engagement ring purchased at the new store. My fiance told me they needed me to go in and have the maintenance schedule explained.. went in empty handed and left with a super cute mug and gift basket filled with goodies from local businesses. My kids were with me and the staff explained the 4Cs to my 6 and 11 year olds with such patience and didnt mind that they literally wanted to look at every piece of jewelry in the place. Highly recommend!
