★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I live in montreal and orderd a couple packs of hair from the website and the delivery was express shipping even during the covid-19 backlog. I ordered on a friday and received the product on a tuesday. I even had to do an exchange because there was an error in the order and they came to montreal to do the exchange and provided a gift due to the trouble. The respect I received is one of the best of any beauty supply hair stores. Thank you so much!

The staff is very helpful, and they have a wonderful selection of products. They offer the easiest and fastest delivery I have ever seen!! The website is very easy to navigate and owner is extremely nice and very helpful. 10/10 will definitely recommend

Customer service is great and since Covid , I have still received my packages very quickly. Thank you for doing around town delivery, very appreciative when stores are not open. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re in the Ottawa area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered braiding hair last night and it looks just like the pictures they have on the online store? I ordered 4 packs and i only had to use 2 and a half for micro braids (and i have a kinda big head?). There is a lot of hair in just one pack!

WELL STOCKED; 95% of supplies I needed was available - even though other stores were out-of-stock. Excellent remote client services, messaging me by WhatsApp! Very very fast 24 HR DELIVERY! A couple of the items I wanted were not online, but after a quick message to them they found the items in their store & sent it with my order. Yes, all with same day delivery and reasonable pricing. They're BETTER THAN AMAZON, and now I can 'shop with confidence locally' during the pandemic. They've just earned a new long-term product customer.
I can't wait to see more hair accessories/tools on their site. I will checkout their professional services in the future and post my review.
