★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this pharmacy few times , and every time I was really impressed with the customer service of a pharmacy staff member called Gabriel.
Gabriel is always nice and always takes that extra step to make sure the customer is happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from Toronto. And we make sure to visit this location and only this uniprix location. This location is very well stocked and have a huge variety of items. It is also very clean and bright. We had a small issue with one item, and the manager took care of it very well. I highly recommend this location for all your needs. The cosmetic section is great also, they have items that are hard to find! I'd like to thank everyone there! Very friendly and patient staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an episode where someone in the household overdosed on prescription drugs from this pharmacy we called to speak to a pharmacist .The person who answered the phone said they were all busy and a pharmacist would call back .Hours later not having a callback we contacted another pharmacy .all in all the person who mistakenly took the meds wound up in hospital in critical condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location for my 2nd booster shot of covid 19 vaccine. I walked into the store and looked for directions where the shot was to be given. There were none. I finally got the attention of one of the cashiers and she said to go to the back of the store. Being at the back of the store, again there were no direction where to get the shot, at least I didn't notice any . Of course everything is in French. I asked someone in the pharmacy where I have to go to get the shot. She didn't know, she was also looking for signs with directions. She said just sit there. I went to sit down and a lady jumped out of her seat and brought me over to a table with a form to fill out. Of course I wasn't expecting to fill out any forms, How much more information do they need ? I didn't bring my glasses and wasn't about to go across the parking lot to get them. I said screw it, I wasn't going to get the 4th dose. This location is unorganized, I will not be making any purchases from Uniprix anytime soon. It got 1 star only because it required it to be able to post the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited your store this year again at Mar 26 afternoon. Cosmetic area didn’t provide consultant. Then I requested cashier young lady for help. I talked to her 5 times about “Chanel”. She was no reaction and unwilling answer me. I am confused she can’t speak English because I am from Toronto. (I bought “Chanel” products from last year also. I like your store very much!!!) Finally, she said no cosmetic person so I can’t buy the “Chanel” stuffs. I answered her even no cosmetic consultant your store still can find someone or store in-charge sell to me. Finally, she find a white tall woman helped me. The transaction through the cashier counter near the exit to pay. That young lady provided bad service with no communication to me. She likes working in the air. I think you should change staff otherwise she will damage your store image. Thank you!
