MGM Ford

I just got a new car here and it was a great experience. They take care of getting your insurance and registration and the service was excellent. We had a little issue with the payout of my trade in. They helped solve that and went the extra mile by reimbursing me so I didn’t have to chase the other agency for my money back. I really like that Lincoln has the concierge service which is super convenient and a reasonable price. The car is awesome and the follow up service is excellent, Mgm works as a great team all around and treat you well.

Honestly, my dealing with MGM Ford was super. From good constant communications from the sales team to ensure I was able to secure my new Bronco, to the finance team and completing the paperwork. Meaghan was the most straight up finance agent I've ever dealt with, she went the extra mile a few times to ensure I was happy with everything and she knew her stuff. If you're going there, as for Meaghan, she wont disappoint, and her super bubbly attitude is great when dealing with the stresses a large purchase. Short story of this.... highly recommended and trustworthy.

MGM Ford was awesome today! Took my wife in to look at a vehicle (that she didn't end up liking) but Anthony F showed her one that she LOVED! My wife has been looking for a car that she would love for about 4 months now so it was great that Anthony was able to get her everything she wanted/needed in the Escape SEL, including winter tires for later! We met with Brit D afterwards to do finance. She was really good and was able to explain the maintenance options, warranty and finance options in a way that was easy to understand and see the need for. Brit advised my wife to leave the car with them to get the 3M and protective coatings put on and gave us a newer luxury loaner car to bring back to Calgary until the Escape is ready for pickup or drop off (both options were given but I think my wife is set on picking it up herself now). My wife is extremely happy and has already asked Anthony to find her matching red rims like she saw for the F-150's haha. 10/10 I both recommend this dealership and will be making another purchase here for an upgraded vehicle for myself soon.

10/10 for customer service and satisfaction. My husband and I spent hours at a Ford in Calgary yesterday. Basically they couldn't get us an Escape in red and couldn't throw in winter tires or a loaner car while we wait for it. Last night we discovered the Ford Maverick and went hunting for it today. MGM Ford was the only one in Southern Alberta with one in stock so we headed up to test drive it. Once we got there, we met the sales person ANTHONY F. He was knowledgeable, friendly and told us he would "rather under promise and over deliver rather than mislead a customer". We appreciate that. Anything we asked for, he was certain to check before giving us an answer. Great on due diligence. We didn't like the Maverick, but when we were chatting we stumbled upon a Red Escape! (Yes, the one the Calgary dealership told us we couldn't find) and better yet, it was fully upgraded SEL model!! There was only one small difference between this one and the one we had walked on yesterday. Stealth package vs upgraded sound system, which we can add later anyways. With no pressure, no shady sales tactics and complete transparency, Anthony closed the deal and we sat down with BRIT D. to finalize the sale. Tires were worked in and they gave us a newer Volvo to borrow until the Escape is done getting detailed and 3M put on. They even said they'll bring the Escape to Calgary if we're unable/unwilling to go up to Red Deer to get it ourselves! I think we'll be picking up ourselves though because the Escape only has 6.1km on it and I think I'd like to be the first one to break 100km lol. Brit was knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humour and there were a lot of laughs while getting the paperwork dealt with. She answered a TON of questions for us and even doodled pictures to illustrate what each set of recommended protection does. I mentioned that I wanted to be approved on my own, without my husband (who makes 4x what I do) as a brand new vehicle is really an achievement. Brit made my day when she told me I was approved on my own. When she heard about how car shopping has been for us, she was quick to make sure MGM Ford leaves a different impression. We bought a red 2022 Ford Escape SEL today and my husband said that he is 100% going to purchase from this dealership when he's ready to order the Ford Bronco Badlands.

Well I was just looking but I ended up ordering a brand new truck! Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great experience. I am so excited! Also, check out this new Bronco!!

Overall the experience was really enjoyable. Daniel was great to deal with! Everyone was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate our requests, while advising us on the items that could hold up the build date of our new truck. We had one hiccup with our truck from factory, but the team at MGM was amazing at getting us back on the road with another truck while working hard to diagnose and repair the issue with our new one. All in all has been a great experience and look forward to dealing with them in the years to come! Thanks Guys!

I was treated amazingly as soon as I walked in the door. They made sure I had a sales rep that understood my needs and concerns. As a repeat customer I was thrilled to have Morris as my financial rep. Such a great fellow to work with. We are new to the area so we were looking for a dealership to get our F150 and Explorer serviced at. We have MGM a try and we are so happy we did. Their online booking system is so easy. They even send you a video walk through of your service/under the vehicle to explain any issues. I’ve never seen this before so it was a nice surprise and very reassuring. We also spoke to the sales manager and a sales person about buying a new vehicle. Their sales team seems top notch. We will absolutely be back to service our vehicles and to buy our next Ford through MGM.
