Someone washed muddy clothes in the washing machine and they assumed it me and gave everyone on the floor a key and locked the laundry room door for months, they never cleaned the parking lot, and never vacuumed the halls. This place has gone down hill drastically.

Most disturbing experience of our Entire life We saw an add on facebook for a 2 bedroom appartment with 1 month free deposit that can be spreaded trought the year.. Upon our first contact, the lady, HEATHER, was very nice to us and we made a deal for 875.. Then we simply asked her if there is still one month free rent,, Heather went from being super nice to a total mental case psycho and started screaming at us saying we dont' want your child here.. screaming so much that she scared my wife.. We come from a rich family who owns multiple buildings in calgary and never in my entire life we have seen such behaviors. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND RUDENESS FROM THE PART OF A LANDLORDS.. WE PLAN ON CONTACTING THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER..

No bed bugs, no cockroaches, no mice. Quiet building where neighbours are rarely heard. No Heather, anymore.

Landlady is never in the office during the posted office hours, rent notice is ignored, and you will not get your damage deposit back under any circumstance. Find literally any other place to live and you will be glad.

RUN!! So let me explain now that we have left here what it's like to live under the rule of Heather Handford. The property is kept in very good condition; and the general upkeep is performed well. Credit is due because the general appearance of the property is well cared for. If you live in the 3039 building you'll be first on Heathers morning rampages. You can constantly hear her yelling at people on the first floor. Heather will tell you all the building gossip without hesitation - all you need to do is ask! Wondering why that couple broke up? Wondering why that guy moved out? She'll tell you all the juicy details, whether you ask for it or not. Be assured though, that you're on the list when she's talking to other people! Did your neighbor make a mess in the laundry room with powdered detergent? You will have a note posted on your door about it in the morning. You're certainly guilty in her eyes. Heahter has raised the rent of a senior (85 year old man) from 800 to 1400 a month because she said his walker was damaging the carpets! Imagine that :) Speaking of rent...do you want to pay an extra $20 a week ($80 a month) for laundry? You'll have to. If you don't, Heather will ask your neighbors to spy on you. If she finds out you're doing Laundry she won't directly confront you. It's not her way. She will simply lock the laundry room door for the entire floor and post a note that it won't be unlocked until so and so apartment starts paying for it. I do suspect she pockets most if not all of that cash. The utility bills are NOT that much. They do claim to barely break even after bills. Look if you're the kind of person who enjoys peace, quiet, pays rent on time every time and doesn't like confrontation...this isn't at all the place for you. Beautiful property. Friendly neighbors. The units are spacious and well cared for. I have heard the previous manager was hard to get along with. Dan is now managing the building and he is great!

very poorly maintained..corridors are literally dirty..parking lots never cleaned..rent is too expensive for nothing..there are too many nice apartments near by cheap and better..so don't waste your money..
