★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle froze up and my tire popped on a -40 morning. My day was going downhill until I brought my vehicle here. Josh and the team where incredibly accommodating and professional. Got my vehicle in and out at a very reasonable rate. Best experience I've ever had at a auto repair place. Will go here again, will recommend. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my truck off at NAPA to get a sensor replaced in the brake reservoir and was hoping they could replace my brake fluid at the same time. They told me the sensor in the reservoir was $600, which is pricey, but I was ok with it if they could do the fluid too. However, the front staff told me that they might not be able to actually bleed the brakes without breaking off the bleeders. I asked what they would do if they broke the bleeders and I was told that they would "just walk away". What? I am a journeyman machinist and I can tell you that bleeders can be removed... even if they are broken off. Anyway, I asked to get my truck back only to find out that they charged me $130 to get a diagnosis done. They didnt even move my truck into the shop. $130 for literally 5 minutes of work. Annoyed, I paid it and planned to leave it at that. I wasnt going to leave a review until NAPA started texting me. I told them about my experience and they said that they were sorry that this was "the impression you took away from your visit". Basically, they told me I didnt know what I was talking about. In fairness, my low rating of NAPA does not include the mechanics because my truck didnt actually get that far.

Josh was very friendly and very knowledgeable from the moment I first walked in to ask some questions and to get a qoute for my service until my service was done. Everything was done a reasonable time period. Parts showed up when appointment was made. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by a family member, they communicated with me promptly upon receiving my car via tow truck, they made sure I knew what was being done to my car and the steps they'd take to get it working, the payment was exactly what they quoted me, and I received my car back, fixed the day they looked at it, very friendly service and fast work, I'll gladly bring my car back for any future repairs needed
