We needed a specialty part in order to get the lights on our trailer to attach to our truck and it was built for us here for fairly cheap and done in less than 24 hrs. We also needed some rewiring done on our truck and hitch warehouse managed to fit us in quickly and had the wiring done in about an hour. Definitely recommend this place.

Being it was the Thursday before the long weekend everything was closed & I was desperate to get on the highway home. I called the Hitch Warehouse & Jim the owner answers. He was very helpful trying to troubleshoot my problem. When we couldn’t resolve it by phone, he agreed to pop by the hotel on his day off to check it out. Then he worked on the trailer for an hour or so that night, & another 5 hours the next day to try & resolve it. This was all when he was supposed to be off for the long weekend with his family. Jim went out of his way to help me fix a problem, & went above & beyond in so many ways to lend a helping hand. This kind of service does not exist everywhere, as I called several businesses looking for a hand. Jim at the Hitch Warehouse is a stand up guy & I highly recommend him & his company! Thanks again!!!

I had my truck in yesterday not only was there customer service very inconsistent but they did not clean any loose rust off the frame before Bolting hitch in. So I will now be redoing that myself. They also gouged my hitch and my truck box, and left sharp metal burs around the cut holes. And they still charged me over $1500 for the job. Only thing I can say about them is they sounded like nice people.
