N'étant pas de Montréal, j'ai fait plusieurs vérifications dans les commerces de ma région et la pièce était B/O pour plusieurs jours/semaines. Alors que je pensait que ma saison de bateau était terminée en raison du bris, j'ai téléphoné chez MG marine, on a pris mes coordonnées en note et moins de 10 minutes plus tard on me rappelait pour me dire que la pièce était en stock. Lorsque je me suis présenté, la pièce était prête et m'attendait à la caisse. Service client impeccable; on m'a rappelé rapidement pour m'informer. J'ai pu faire plusieurs journées supplémentaires sur l'eau grâce à eux. Merci beaucoup !
At the end of the season, the solenoid of my mercury 240 starter gave up the ghost. Not being from Montreal, I made several checks in the businesses in my area and the part was B / O for several days / weeks. While I thought my boat season was over due to the breakage, I called MG marine, my details were taken down and less than 10 minutes later I was called back to tell me that the part was in stock . When I showed up, the room was ready and waiting for me at the cash register. Impeccable customer service; I was called back quickly to inform me. I was able to do several additional days on the water thanks to them. Thank you so much !
