J	Janice Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite Canadian plant nursery. Not only is the online selection extensive, but they also have a lot of rare finds. Delivery is always fast and plants are wrapped with care. I check the website EVERY week for new inventory!
A	Aura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice variety of plants, and I like that most came in a suitable substrate, but terrible experience with their shipping and subsequent customer service. Of the plants I received, one had so many brown spots on the leaves that my plant app noted it and diagnosed a possible issue, and another was disconnected from its roots, likely during transport, so I'm trying to root it again. They sent me an email asking to review my plants, then I was needlessly contacted by phone and email because my review wasn't positive (needlessly because it wasted my time and caused agaravation a month after my order without resolution). If you are going to purchase here, do it in person, not online.

There was a kind lady who offered help and input and was very patient with me and also with other customers. She was friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to be back already! They have a great collection of planter pots and I left with 6 ? —- Update 7th May 2020: I have just received my plants, pots and soil yesterday from them, all delivered safely. Mathieu was helpful and patient, he sorted things out for me in the end and he also called to confirm our availability to receive the plants. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase, thank you everyone. —— I made an order of 222.75 CAD and I just received a call which I missed from Jean Michel and when I called back, he was in a hurry and hung up before I could finish letting him know I would like to keep my order. I did not see the 2 weeks delay on the website, if I had seen it, I wouldn't send a follow up email. I want to support local nurseries instead buying from big box stores and you would think that this person would be at least polite with his customer, I'm not even asking him to be extra nice but basic courtesy is NOT too much to ask. Let your customer finish speaking before you hurry up to hang up on your customer Jean Michel. This is not what I'm expecting after reading all the wonderful reviews of your store. This Mr Jean Michel must be the "rude and condescending" staff your other customer is referring to who gave you 1* as well.

Plants have all been healthy without any trace of disease, pests, or any stress. I'm a plant collector in BC. I tend to import rare plants, but this store allows me to shop within the country of Canada, and at reasonable price. I LOVE it. I have dealt with numerous companies and private sellers of plants who were dissatisfactory. This place is a true exception. I highly recommend them to anyone who resides in Canada.

It was a very sweet gesture and just that would have made me go back but the quality of everything is so awesome that it's my go to plant shop. Online shopping is also well done, but never tried their shipping.

I got friendly service and received a refund for the damaged plants. The ones that made the trip were in exceptional condition. I will order again when the weather is warmer! :)
