★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incident 1: Went there to buy a multimeter which was shown available at the store according to the website. As the product was not available in the correct isle I asked about it from one of the support staff. He simply said, it may be available at their storage and not in the isle and left. So finally, I went to a Canadian Tire and purchased a multimeter.
Incident 2: I ordered two items online and selected this store as the pickup location. I thought, this way I don't have to ask anyone's help a the store and will not have to face the same problem I experience before. Placed the order on 13th December, requesting to pick up products on 14th December. I'm writing this review on 15th December around 3:30 pm and still products are not ready for pick up. I phoned them on 14th to inquire about when the products will be ready to pick up. I was told that legally they have until the closing time on the pick up date to make them ready. Interestingly, products are still not ready to pick up as of 15th late afternoon. Looks like they really don't care about the customers. Time to cancel my order and buy products from elsewhere.

Its really organized and neat
The staff know what they are doing and will help you and make sure you get and find what you are there for
My only comment is that if they can label the aisles it would be easier to find stuff which would be easier than asking employees where certain items are or if the can create a chart (map) that is placed when you come in

Asked a question for help and the employee responded as if I was stupid. Very disappointed. The employees should not take for granted that everyone are used to this self service cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store but it's lacking on the customer service side big time. In store, it depends on who is serving you HOWEVER, forget about calling for help. They do not answer their phone. I called several time during the day and in the week, nobody answer and it end up hanging up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbeatable price on Tools, especially during promotion. Knowledgable and helpful staff at Tools section (rep with retro yellow glasses). Place is well located near highway, beside Smart Centre, Costco and others. Finding parking was easy. Cashiers were friendly. ☆☆☆☆☆ for receipt sent to email.
