I never have to look for somebody to help me or someone who can answer my questions. Metro Propane is the only place in Winnipeg that I can go to to get the correct information and expertise for propane questions and parts for appliances, heating, etc. for our remote cottage. I recently dealt with Brian on an issue with my propane fridge. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!
J	Jim Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We bought a $1,000.00 BBQ from them two years ago and had an issue with the burner last week. Called them to have their gas guy come out and see what was wrong as we had company coming in from out of town and basically they gave us the brush off. Spoke to the gas guy there and he said he'd call me back...and we never heard from them. They are happy to sell you...but when you need some customer service support....buyer beware!

I don't think I have ever spent more than 5 min there getting a fill, and prices are fair. They only charge for the fuel they deliver. I have been charged twice as much at gas stations for the same fill. Cost is nearly half that of other exchange programs, either join theirs, or fill your exchange tank there and swap it with your exchange program as it is about to expire. PS anyone on "regular" retail exchange program, keep in mind that after about 6 or 7 exchanges, you could have bought a brand new cylinder for the extra money spent. Cylinders are certified for 10yrs. Most exchange programs are a ripoff

We were told to go to Metro Propane as many of our friends for years have been buying there. I have to say they really know their products and are so friendly! It is nothing like big box shopping and actually quite refreshing to shop a small Manitoba business and did not realize it's a family run store! Made the whole experience that much better! I'm glad I listened to our friends and will definitely be telling more friends when they need barbecues and more! Staff was terrific and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Metro Propane! Five stars!

Told me I’d have to come down and look but only open till 4! Went with Amazon and received exact part same week. Would love to “support local” but due to the hungry man on the phone and lack of hours I couldn’t.
