I bought furniture and the person who helped me with William Thomas. He was so kind and his customer service was above and beyond. He helped me for awhile while choosing multiple pieces for my home and he was so patient and helpful the entire time. Honestly never seen his type of customer service for awhile, it was amazing. Recommend family and friends to go there because of the positive environment created by staff members.

. My 86 year old mother and I spent the morning shopping for a Range for her . Our first stop was shopping at a well known appliance/ furniture store and talking to a sales people who had no idea what each appliance offered, referring many times to google and asking it questions that clearly this sales person should know. Every question I had was followed by this person asking google ! When I asked about a specific feature that I was looking for in a range he suggested I walk through the showroom and see if I find it,and to let him know when I do??! I would think if I am entering a appliance department that they would know a great deal of information about appliances. We left disappointed & frustrated, my elderly mother wanted to go home as she was tired…. I decided to make one more stop and it was the most refreshing experience I have had in a long time! Imagine where we entered an appliance store and we met Frank Wong , he was quick to greet us, listening to what we were in search of and he went directly to his desk and started researching on his computer. Frank was knowledgeable, he was patient and clearly knew his products & quickly was able to show us 3 ranges ….. where he explained many features, at one point when I asked about reviews of the products he took the time to read them to us…. This was such a refreshing experience , we are happy to say we purchased a range & the extended warranty. if you want an appliance shop at an appliance store where that’s all they do…& Do it exceptionally well !

I was able to walk in and walk out with a OTR microwave and a dishwasher within an hour. Frank was great, and I will continue to buy my appliances from Coast.

bought a countertop appliance, the communication between email was great!! but i only give it 4 stars because when phoning the winnipeg location to ask a question, the person sounded like they didn’t want to be bothered, which made me sad bc the customer service via email was amazing. i’m hoping whoever was answering the phone that morning was just having a bad day. but anyways, they are a legit company if anyone was wondering :)

After a little research we knew which stove we wanted but not a fridge. We got GREAT help from Robert at Coast Appliances, who not only gave us 3 fridges to select from (we had size limitations) but solved our microwave/range hood dilemma too! Then he found us over $1200 in savings AND a free cookware offer. The appliances are all great, see photo of before and after. We never had to "shop around" as Robert at Coast provided it all. Nice!

They need to work with a new repair and insurance company. Bought a washer and dryer three years ago and the dryer broke. Took two weeks for repair company to contact us… and now we waiting two plus weeks for the insurance company to decide if this gets repaired or we get β€œsome” money for a new dryer… a month and counting without a dryer that only lasted three years.

So far I am not impressed with coast appliances customer service. I ordered a small appliance online and got an email saying it is ready to pick up but I need to email back and schedule a time to pick it up. I email back and am then told to call and schedule an appointment time.. so I call and a lady answers and transfers me to someone else. After a minute or two on hold the phone rings and she answers again. I explain what happened and she quite rudely tells me I need to wait on hold (which I was doing it was their phone line that called her back not me). She transfers me again and this happens a few more times and I explain again what is happening before she tells me that she will take my name and number and someone will call me back asap. Well it’s been a day and a half and I am still waiting for that call back.

Prices are competitive, staff was friendly and helpful. The store is arranged by brand with show kitchens for each. I only needed a dishwasher and they’re all over the store but that’s ok because I knew coming in what brand I was interested in. William looked up for me which ones were in stock and which I’d have to wait for, he was polite and helpful but not high pressure, I was happy for his help. I shopped around several places and bought here because they had something in stock that I liked. The price of what I was looking for is the same just about everywhere. Their warehouse is just a couple blocks down the road and it was super easy to pick it up right away.
