β β β β β Standard car wash isnβt enough during winter but find during the summer. Usually get home and notice the truck area is still messy. Great for a quick summer clean. Buy it half off and then itβs so cheap. They do it twice a year.

β β β β β The reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the young lady working the till was friendly and did what she could to help. We stopped to get a car wash. $12 normal price but wash was terrible. The first 4 pictures is from the first wash. It wasn't good so we went in and were told we couldn't get our money back but could get a second wash. We reluctantly tried again with the same result. See last 6 pictures. After 2 trips through the car wash the bumper and hatch were not even wet. I went back inside and was told there was nothing else that could be done. I left my info and I am waiting for the manager to contact me.

β β β β β I called ahead to ensure car wash was open. Jot informed me the car wash was open. I took the trip down there, scanned my ticket and was informed by the screen that the car wash was closed. I came inside to have the ticket reprinted as I used a residual ticket from a season pass for this wash. Jot informed me that though the car wash told me my ticket was accepted, it was not used and could be used again. I explained that i wanted that ticket replaced to ensure I did not lose that wash. She refused to replace the ticket. I explained that it was a poor customer experience first being told that the wash was open, and secondly having her refuse to replace the ticket. I got the distinct impression that I was annoying her and she could not care less about the inconvenience or the wrong information she provided me. This was a terrible customer experience and exactly what my business needed to finally try out the Shell 30 Day Car Wash Pass. I truly felt they could not care less about me despite having a business relationship with them that is significant annual spending. They are driving me to their competitor with their poor attitude and customer experience.

β β β β β Was given a half of 20$ bill at their ATM and they refused to fix it.
I highly recommend taking business elsewhere ad they do NOT care about their customers.

β β β β β Station itself is fairly clean. Most of the staff are friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the CAR WASH at this specific location! TWICE in the last 3 years, including June of 2021, their car wash has caused DAMAGE to my vehicle! If you use this car wash be sure to immediately check your vehicle for any possible damage. The wash itself does not always do a satisfactory job. 'compensation' offered to me by management is terrible. The management was very slow in communicating back to me.

β β β β β NO MORE PETRO POINTS! Lost my plastic Petro points card so I can't collect points anymore. Kinda a big deal since I drive around all day and spend an average of $500/week in fuel. Worst customer service ever!!!

β β β β β Car wash is pretty bad. Bought 90 days pass and I am not satisfied with the quality of the wash at all.
At the end of the wash, you will still see soap all around on the vehicle plus the air blowers wont help to dry the car at all.
Wont recommend this to anyone.
