β β β β β I have been seeing a Naturopath at The Center for Natural Medicine for many years. The building is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are friendly, efficient and always respect the privacy of the patients. My Naturopath has worked in cooperation with my medical doctor, my chiropractor and my massage therapist, which is almost unheard of. I have a complex auto-immune disease and my naturopath is a big help!

β β β β β My family has come here regularly, and Dr. Schrader has been a huge part of our chronic Lyme diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
The clinic has a wide variety of amenities, including some cutting edge alternative treatments/equipment.

It is an aestheticly beautiful building with very professional staff in a variey of modalities.I truly believe my increased quality and duration of my life can be directly attributed to my Naturopath physician and his continuing care and concern for my health. I have had only positive feedback from the many people I have recommended to the Centre. It is appropriate for all ages and all medical conditions and concerns.

β β β β β A few years ago I was left unsurpervised in the basement face down on the table with acupuncture needles all over my body-( lots of them not a few) for way past the time I was supposed to be ( so I was forgotten) and had to shout out over 1/2 a dozen times for help. There was no appology and I was charged for the treatment. It was a very traumatizing experience. I never heard back from the doctor nor the clinic. When paying at the desk no one talked about my experience they behaved like nothing happened. No stars here.
Don't go to this clinic.

β β β β β An MD recommended that I see Dr.Florence about an injury in that she felt Prolotherapy would be the best direction to take. Lucky me,Dr. Florence is an amazing doctor. Finally, relief from chronic pain. Dr.Florence has since become my Doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need.

β β β β β I find the physicians informed & helpful . I was helped with my hormone problem which the main stream doctors had no clue for years!! it's a bit pricey but our medical system would've been a hell of a lot more pricier if the fees weren't come off our tax money! I hope some day natural healing will be also covered with our tax money under Medicare. we should be free to choose our method of health care. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I find the front desk staff unfriendly ,rigid & unapproachable!! I highly recommend this place & Dr. Kroeker.

β β β β β Very unaccommodating and more concerned about billing for visits rather than allowing to simply buy more herbs that were already recommended by a doctor there. We've already gone through the consult process and saw a doctor. Time came for more herbs but no because we exceed some arbitrary time frame between visits they want another visit out of us. My wife is very ill, immuno-compromised, and with COVID19 to top it all off you'd think these professionals would be more than understanding of these types of situations and more accommodating to their patients needs. Instead I was provided with excuses and no alternatives. Something so simple, purchasing more herbs, had to turn into this.
