m	manan kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am new to winnipeg and i heard alot about chamois gold wash. I went there for the first time and i find out service to be very rushed. When i went to get the car, there were so many white polishing marks on the car. One of the guy tried to clean that for me but other two memebers came up to him and got really rude and angry with him and myself. Tried to explain me this is detailing and we don’t do it in this service when in fact it was polishing marks left from them. Not very impressed with my first service and people really need to be gracious, not rude. Inside of the car wasn’t a great job either, guy who cleaned my car also left is lighter inside my car. Just so many things, ahhh!
D	David Drummond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do don't just buy the exterior wash they don't seem to care about service on that product and you end up sitting in your car indefinitely waiting for your wash. I've tried to be loyal to this place but after several poor washes, a broken antenna or two and some indifferent response from staff I will be going elsewhere. Fortunately there is a new place not to far away.

There was still sand on the back seat, the dashboard up near the windshield still has dust on it, the passenger door wasn't wiped and the rear window was so badly streaked I had to clean it again. The front windshield was also streaky. If I had the time I would have gone back and had them clean the interior again but I wasn't able to. Won't be going back to the Chamois anytime soon.
A	Angelo Sanzovo Neto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible is an understatement. Spent 30 bucks for a “Gold” car wash interior and exterior. When I got the car back, the outside was decently clean, but the inside was literally the same. They just washed the carpets, didn’t even bother drying them a little bit and put them back. When I was adjusting the seat I heard a noise as if there were Little Rocks underneath and there was A LOT. It’s almost like they just took the carpet out and left all the dirt underneath the seat. I asked the guy to vacuum a bit more underneath and it’s almost like he pretended to do it. Everything was still there, the way it was before. Definitely not worth it.
M	Mustafa Gheewala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a chamois go member for 3 months and had been regularly getting car washes but yesterday the attendant told me they couldn’t wash my car since my front bumper was slightly broken. It has always been this way when they sold me the membership. After been through 20 times with the same condition one fine day I’m told they can’t do it. What a joke! EDIT: The bumper was not dragging on the ground, only one part of it was slightly off. Like I said, it was in the same condition when I got the previous 20 washes!
A	Autumn Jade Yee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so I probably would not go again unless someone threw up in my car again, not because I want to go here, but because all other detailing services are a much farther drive. It was my first time going here so I'll admit I was excited and may have over-hyped the business to myself. When I booked my appointment I was told it would take approximately an hour and fifteen, I was waiting for well over two, not that its an issue I just would have preferred to know that I would be waiting for longer as I had nowhere I could go while I was waiting, I did get part of an essay done while I waited though so not all negative. When I did get my car back it was fine. I got my seats shampooed and they were an acceptable amount of clean but it smelled like dog shampoo? I have some stickers on the exterior of my car and if I had more than the two, or they were bigger, I would be rather upset because both were scratched and damaged. Not a big deal but not great. Oh, also the cup holders were still dirty when I got my car back. I would give 2.5 stars but since that isn't an option here we are at 2.
s	sondra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my not first experience with the Chamois Carwash.Everything felt very rushed. I was disappointed in the interior clean. Still very dirty. It wasn’t much better than your standard car wash ,except for the fact that they were able to remove all the bugs from front of car and clean the windshield. Rear of my car still had alot of dirt and debris in hatch area. Mud was running down the rear area when they were finished.. didn’t bother to wipe seats down. Put floor mats back incorrectly. Asked for them to pay extra attention to windshield because last time there was a horrible film. They ignored request. Will not go back. At least with shell car wash if my car isn’t clean they will rewash it
T	Tyson McCombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience here. Came here for a Gold wash and neither the outside or inside of the car was very clean. Not only that but there were scratches left all over the outside of my vehicle. I understand if it’s one or two that can happen from anything. But there were so many streaks and scratches I don’t know where else they would have came from. I noticed one scratch and after close inspection I found all the others. After talking to the managers they said something like this could never happen here and he gets his car washed here and never has issues, blah, blah. No offer of compensation or even to have the detail portion of chamois attempt to remove some of the scratches. I understand accidents happen but wow I was not expecting this. I will never come back here and I advise people to stay away if they care about their cars paint. Better off washing my car myself. My car isn’t even a year old yet..
