h	hardeep romana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have given them negative stars as far my leasing contract I will be paying them $2839.97 monthly payments at the beginning they were doing so but now they start charging $3178.97 they neither notified me at all via call or mail or email . Now I want 339 monthly extra charges refund back which they are charging from many months I will not recommend this leasing company to anyone they are complete fraud.

During Covid we had asked to defer a payment and they demanded we make the full payment or they would take our small business to court! Clearly they are basically a legal version of a loan shark but with the same morality.

Stay far away from this company! Worst customer service EVER! You shouldn’t be in business!! You should be charge with fraud
J	John K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service! I have very bad experience with an agent ( Jennifer Kyle). She is a really dominate and low IQ person! Still I have her emails that insulting me with terrible words. I had a contract with this company but I couldn't get rid of them. I called their head office in Vancouver asking to change my case agent but they said no way! You have to deal with Jennifer Kyle. Finally I got rid of this nightmare and never go back to them. Hope people see my review before dealing with this company and avoid of getting unwanted troubles.

I financed a equipment with them and insurance the equipment with them as well .. after 18 months later my equipment was stolen from a jobsite and now 3 months been past their still deducting the payments can't reach to client service you can't even find anyone to tell you your balance owing. Insurance company I find out is a third party in US they been trying not paying and they will put you on hold and close the phone on you .. value of the equipment is $36,000 and they are jut trying to pay me $23,000 . Just finance through bigger banks and find your own insurance company... Biggest Thieves in The Market

Here is the exact wording in an email I received from your staff when I asked why I would have to pay an extra $100 at the end of my lease when nowhere does it say so in the agreement (capitalization is mine). "All contracts that are AT THE END OF THE TERM or wish for early payout are associated with additional costs. THE AMOUNT IS NOT SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT t as the discharge fee can differ based on how early in the client is paying out. A minimum of $100 discharge fee is charged on all contracts." So....if the fee isn't specified, then you are making it up.
K	K Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Bobcat tractor through Bobcat of Peterborough via their financing package which they use Meridian OneCap last November. I caught them to withdraw funds much higher than the amount of pre-authorized in our contract in February this year . When questioned about it, Meridian OneCap Andrew Jeynes started to lie about it by saying that this is an insurance charge as there is missing information that is required (Meridian OneCap needs to be listed as Loss Payee) . Approximately 4 months ago when i signed the contract, he confirmed that he received all the required information from my insurance company, but when he was caught stealing the money from my account , he then started to lie. Stay far away from this guy and his company!
