โ โ โ โ โ I was referred to the Tim Sold Real Estate Team by my brother after he had an amazing experience with their team purchasing his first home. I met with a couple other Real Estate agents prior to meeting Vick from the Tim Sold team, and I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism he displayed throughout the process. The other real estate agents did not treat me with a lot of respect (likely due to my age), however Vick made me feel like a valued client from day 1. He was highly communicative, flexible, and always available to answer any questions I had. As for the brokerage team, Vick referred me to Ronald Lau, who I highly recommend. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to understand my financial needs/goals before recommending specific mortgage products that would help me achieve my short and long term goals. He was also extremely clear when explaining complicated mortgage terms and breaking down why he recommended 1 product over another, listing the pros and cons to keep things transparent. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and will likely return to the Tim Sold team in the future when i purchase my next home!

They answered all our questions extremely quickly regardless of the time of day and made us feel comfortable to ask anything! We wanted to specifically shout out Ansik & Eric who went above and beyond for us. They took time to understand what we wanted and really go to know us and were honest to us about their thoughts on the homes we saw. When it came to bidding they never pushed us to go beyond our comfortable limits and would often ensure that we were not overbidding for a property and we really thank them for this! Along with this Marc & Justin were super patient with us when it came to questions about mortgages and were extremely quick to review the documents we required! They really made us feel comfortable and would ensure that we understood how everything worked before ending our calls. Lastly, Tim & Bea though not involved with the day to day still made time to check in with us and ensure that we were being taken care of by their team. We didn't expect them to still be involved since we were in such capable hands however, they will still available to use throughout the process. Thank you so much team for working so hard for us to find us our dream home - we really appreciate you all making our first time buying a home an extremely positive experience. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Tim and his team provided excellent service which included working super late into the night (sometimes up till 3am!!) to try to close our sale. I was so impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. Instead of having one realtor, I felt like we had 3-4 members serving us at all times so we never had to worry that someone had dropped the ball. I highly recommend you consider TimSold when purchasing a property in Toronto. They are innovative, progressive and responsible. Thank you so much!

When my wife and I decided to look for houses right away he came to mind. He's very energetic, positive and after a lengthy process of finding homes. โ โ โ โ โ Tim and his team helped us in our search for a new home recently. He was very professional but also personable and flexible in seeking to understand our specific situation and what we were looking to achieve for our family and housing objectives.
He took time to walk us through options and strategies when it came time to negotiate and submit a bid for a house and gave us his opinion and advice on how to navigate the process.
Overall, we spent about 4 months looking at different houses before we landed on the right one. Tim was very client focused and we always felt that he was patient, understanding and wanted to make sure we were comfortable the whole way through.
Very happy with our experience on the purchase of our home including the ancillary services that he was able to coordinate (inspection, legal) which made the process go smoothly.

As a first time home buyer in a competitive and confusing GTA real estate market, Ryan and Tim helped make every step of the process easy. They promptly answered all my questions, they listened to my needs (even when my housing needs changed!), and they were able to find me many great properties to look at that checked off many of my boxes. They were incredibly responsive, and worked around my busy schedule to set up showings in-person.
When it came down to put down an offer, their knowledge and understanding of the market, the seller, and my needs helped us negotiate an amazing deal. And working with Justin from the mortgage team, who has been part of the team from the beginning, has helped make the financing process seamless!
I would highly recommend the TimSold team and will be using them moving forward for all my future real estate needs!
