Staff hardly ever say a word to you even when you tell them stuff they ignore you. You can't see the doc who comes in if you have family doctor. Most people there have mental issues guy in bunk next to me masturbating at 3pm other guy there 6 days no shower just gross. Staff spend most of their time socializing in office and the have massive control problems. I've been to way better detoxes this was the worst.

I went to them defeated and was treated with more dignity then I felt that I deserved. they started my journey back to feeling like I am a person of worth. I owe a debt to M.A.S.H. and the wonderful people who work there.

I’d like to thank all of them for the patience with me while going through detox. Anyone who is suffering from addiction should not be afraid to call the centre and ask for help it’s only one step away!....

Over the years I have had times where I didn't know anything about recovery and I was eager to learn, but coming off all the drugs I was on I could say I was a little "over sparattick" and I could be at a 1 to a 10 in the drop of a hat and could be a little too much for someone to handle, there were times when I was there simply to please my wife or someone who "needed" me there, even if I thought I was there for me, they accepted me and knew and taught me the difference. No matter how bad I was or how many times I had left, or was told to leave, they always had their doors open for me when I needed it the most. Getting to know the workers here, they TRULY care about every single soul that walks through their doors or that speaks to them on the phone, and even if you leave, they are still just a phone call away if you need it. It's whether you want it or not, so if you're tired of living the way you are and need help, I suggest mash over any other detox I've been to. I didn't die today because of this place, so I'm greatful. ?

I felt being treated and cared for with just the perfect amount of empathy and guidance. The social workers have been a a great resource and support to come up with a game plan for further treatment after the detox part was completed. So, I left with a plan and so to speak a paved road. I just have to keep walking it down
