★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday 26 June 2021 - Enjoyed a great breakfast sandwich here today. Loved the bread roll, and really enjoyed the coffee - much rather have a good quality drip coffee than a poor quality press. Good job! We'll be back.
And again Wednesday 6 October 2021 - This is definitely THE place to go for a breakfast sandwich and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for a few weeks in a row now. How can something so simple taste so amazing. Can i make it at home? absolutely. Will it taste nearly anything like it? Absolutely NOT. You want a quick breakfast? 100% this is the place to go. Super friendly guy, cheap food, and it tastes unbelievably good. I couldn’t reccomend this place more, my family and friends are sick of me talking about it. Anyways, highly reccomend. Super good food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good! I've tried it twice and have zero complaints. I don't like spicy food (at all), but the sriracha mayo is perfect, not too spicy. The runny egg adds the little creaminess you need for all the meat. I subbed tomato for the banana peppers and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ooh, yummy sammich! My first time “Melting” but I’ll be back now that I have carshare and can get over here sometimes. Great balance of flavours, not too expensive — $10 including tax for coffee and a “classic”. Great buns from Bond Bond’s, egg’s a perfect medium, not too much mayo. Balance, grasshopper.
The only concern I have is that the coffee lids are on the truck’s self-service counter and I didn’t notice any hand sanitizer, so that gave me pause, but if you have concerns, just bring your own cup to pour it into.
There is no seating at all, just the truck, so either eat off your hood or take it to go.
I’ve always lamented the loss of the breakfast bocadillo at Chorizo & Co, once they changed hands, but this is definitely my fave breakfast sandwich in town now. I can finally stop lamenting. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with men is very challenging...when it comes to breakfast...it can be even more challenging...and what's the best way to make hungry men happy??? Breakfast sandwiches are the best way to fill their bellies!!! So I highly recommend the Melt Truck on Rock Bay!! Fast...filling...and extremely delicious!! Best bang for your buck too!! Oh did I mention these guys always order 2 because they're just that great!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a Classic and a Boss Hog at the Melt truck. First impression of this place was that the food was super fast which was great cause we were on the way to catch our ferry back to Vancouver. Between the Classic and Boss Hog, I personally preferred the Classic. But both sandwiches were really good. Highly recommend the bacon! If you wanna beat the queues at the Brekkie/brunch places, this is a definitely an option!
