I waited 20+minutes for my order to be complete before pick up, and an additional 20 minutes after arriving. 1 car in the drive through. 3 people waiting for pick up orders other than myself. The staff member seemed confused and literally entered our order into the system in front of us, and the other people who’d also ordered online. We specifically ordered online so we wouldn’t have to stand in line and wait. Get it together.

I was informed they did not have any coffee ( even though all brrakfast combos come with it) and I would have to choose pop or oj and then I get the breakfast sandwiches home and not a single one even had cheese on it. I didn't expect much but that's just terrible. Don't take away my cheese and my coffee before 8 am.. what a joke. Also their "croissants" are basically square burger buns

Not due to covid, but due to staffing. yet they keep the drive through open and allow skip the dishes to come in and fulfill their orders. This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen with this place. yes i have sympathy for the lack of staff but Close the drive through then, allow people to come in at their choosing and grab food still then. only doing drive through is causing back up's in the drive through 8-12 cars long which will take you 20-30 minutes of idling to even get in to place your order. that's a ton of polluting that you are endorsing. the entire strip mal parking lot is unusable due to the long lines. all this could be alleviated by just shutting down the drive through and continuing business inside. You're loosing customers and you've lost my business for the time being. you were the best fast food burger in Victoria But no longer..
T	T M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is consistently one of the best Wendy's for years. Review would be 5 stars but the area and some of the clientele is a bit sketchy. Great for a work lunch but maybe don't bring your small children here.

Waited in the drive thru line for over half an hour only to receive an Apple Pecan salad with no chicken or cheese, just wilted lettuce and maybe 5 slices of apple. Very apathetic staff, no rush to fill orders and stood and talked to each other while we watched at the window. Go anywhere else, it will be a better experience and you hopefully won't waste your money like i did at this location.

They give wrong orders and won’t even tell the customer that they don’t have that product and just give them whatever. I ordered pretzel pub and they gave the wrong bun and they just said that the bun is frozen that’s why they can’t give it to me. This is my first time and definitely will be the last. This store is just disgusting. They don’t even sanitize tables! If they do, they don’t do it right. So many people working but they still can’t perfect the food and the store that would pass the standards of the customers!!!!!
A	Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slower than slow and not good tasting. "Hasbrowns" are spicy burnt slices of potatoes. They're greasy overcooked and way too salty. The coffee was filled with over and 1"headspace left. Also in a very tippy tapered cup that easily tips. The sandwich looks very unappetizing.noy sure what the frothy white stuff is but if that's the "Swiss" I'm not sure where they get it from. Normally I'm a fan of Wendy's but they're coming into a breakfast market that's already flooded with options. They're gonna have to do way better than this! Price for quality or quantity is not even close to worth it.

Disgusted would be a more accurate description. Lots of employees working. The eating area and self-serve area was deplorable. I will not be returning to this location again. From most 30 percent of tables having old food. Uncleaned tables. The floor was like that of a sticky movie theater. The bathroom... Oh boy. Broken soap dispenser. No paper Towel. Not any toilet paper... But there were some dirty news papers on the floor where the toilet was( men's washroom). Wendy's.. please clean this up. If MacDonald's can do it, why can't you? Your food tastes better.
