I ordered a shipment of gold bangles and when they arrived were a bit too big for my wrist. When reaching out to inquire about exchanges, the team was responsive, kind, and willing to help. The exchange process was extremely easy and swift. I was able to exchange the pieces and receive them back within three days!! That’s unheard of with international shipping. Very happy with this exceptional customer service experience!

M	Miranda Shirley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful pieces but poor quality. The gold vermeil wears off very fast and the staff basically tell you that it's not meant for long term wear. I switched to purchasing sterling silver expecting more longevity from the product, the silver pendant which I had not worn often, started to peel. This is a clear defect as sterling silver should not be plated or overlayed with anything and has no reason to bubble and peel. At that point, the quality was questionable and I just wanted to return the item, after lots of back and forth with the store, they agreed to replace the pendant. Although the jewellery is beautiful, I have some significant concerns over the quality and won't be purchasing from them again.
