Carmen is fast, efficient, and the process is as pain-free as a wax service could possibly come (believe me, I have tried many salons from low to high end over the years). I’m also very prone to getting ingrowns, but this problem has greatly reduced since I started seeing Carmen in the last 8+ months. Clean environment. Very professional. Carmen hands down provides the best wax service in the city!

Carmen's space is clean, cute and comfortable. She keeps high standards and I really appreciate that. Carmen is also passionate about being an inclusive business and welcomes all genders and bodies. I love that she asks for pronouns in the booking form and the language on her site is clear about her committment to being inclusive.
On top of all this, she's really great to be around and even something as intimate as a Brazilian wax has zero awkwardness. I am so happy I found Carmen! I could not be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not say enough good things about Carmen. I started going to her for my waxing needs about 4-5 years ago and have never stopped recommending her to everyone in my life. She is truly a safe spot for fat and gender variant clients, which is SO hard to find.
The past year or so I have been getting really bad and painful ingrown hairs and bumps on my inner thighs. She recommended her Bush Balm and Tender Skin products and after a couple weeks I'm already seeing amazing results.
She is so knowledgeable at what she does and despite hair removal being an un-comfy process, I always look forward to our monthly chats and catch ups.
