After browsing the usual jewelry stores just over 10 years ago in search of a wedding band I was getting frustrated as everything was the same. By chance to popped into Jiliaev and met with Andrei. I was very impressed with his calm, no pressure approach and his creative nature. In our consultation he listened to my ideas, provided his professional opinion and created and delivered a fabulous totally unique wedding band! Recently, my wife and I decided to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary with rings and once again decided to meet with Andrei. Again, we were elated as he went above and beyond exceeding our expectations working tirelessly to deliver our custom bands on time for our anniversary! Andrei and his team are amazing! We went to Jiliaev to have my engagement ring custom made, having been referred there by a family member. Andrei did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and creating a unique, beautiful ring for me. I have received SO many compliments on it, and am so grateful that I will have this beautiful ring to wear for the rest of my life. We were also impressed that Andrei was able to work within our budget, and delivered a quality and beauty that far surpassed anything from the big chain jewelry stores. We even returned to Andrei and his team to have our wedding bands made and, of course, they were also breathtaking. My husband is a particularly tough customer and Andrei managed to design something unique, beautiful, and, most importantly, comfortable for him to wear daily. I'd also like to add that the process of having a ring custom made is very fun - we got to be involved in every step of the process, so they really feel like OUR rings. We cannot recommend Jiliaev enough!!!!

Writing this review has been difficult as there are truly no words to describe how amazing the experience was having a custom engagement ring designed and made by Jiliaev Jewelry. I was referred to Andrei Jiliaev by a client of mine who said he had an incredible ring made for his partner. As I was designing my partners engagement ring as a complete surprise, Andrei’s expertise, professionalism, and raw talent made me feel 100% in safe hands. Andrei was able to impeccably capture my Fiance’s true personality in his designs. The final design was out of this world and couldn’t have been any more perfect. I never would have thought that I would be able to have such a stunning, personal, and sentimental one of a kind ring for my better half that means more than just diamonds and gold. Andrei is a true master of his craft and so incredibly supportive throughout the entire process - I’ve never experienced service quite like it! I say with complete sincerity that Andrei and his colleagues have made a big impact on a big life milestone and I genuinely can’t thank them enough!

We had a great experience working with Andrei for my engagement ring and our wedding bands! We originally went to him for engagement ring, but we were so happy with the service, that we decided to go ahead for our wedding bands as well! For each ring, Andrei came up with a few designs considering concepts we wanted to incorporate. They were all so pretty, and hard to pick only one! When I first saw my engagement ring, it was like dream ring come true, I loved it! I felt Andrei knew exactly how I wanted it, even better than myself! The whole experience from picking out the diamond, the design, and seeing the ring come to life, was a truly amazing experience. Andrei is the Michelangelo of jewellery design. I was on a quest to find the perfect ring for my wife for putting up with me for the last 20 years, but there were always some details I didn't like. Then, as luck would have it, I stumbled upon Jiliaev Jewellery. After some back and forth consultation with Andrei, a few design tweaks, a couple of weeks to work his magic and presto, THE PERFECT, ONE-OF A KIND RING! My wife is super ecstatic about it, her friends shower her with compliments whenever they see it, but best of all, I have a "get-out-of-jail" free card for the rest of the year! (I hope, lol) Win-win!!!

Andrei and his team at Jiliaev are amazing , a few years back Andrei designed a matching band to my engagement ring , life changes and this time I came with the wedding band , the engagement ring and a ring from my mother , I wanted all of it melted together and redesigned into a art deco style ring . Andrei takes the time to listen to the client , gets to know you , and everybody at Jiliaev is always welcoming doesn't matter what walk of life you come from. Andrei is from generations of european jewellers and he has amazing knowledge of architecture , the design process was amazing ,from the exquisite drawings , to the wax model , to the final ring . We repurposed all the stones from the 3 rings, Andrei polished some of the stones so they got a new life . the final result is a truly unique ring with all the art deco intriguate details , I wanted a ring that was comfortable and I could wear everyday Andrei delivered on that too ! Thank you to the team at Jiliaev this ring is stunning and will pass on to generations .

When I set out on my quest to find the perfect engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend, I found the task a lot harder than I initially anticipated. However, after a referral from a trusted Jiliaev customer, I reached out to Andrei in late December 2020 to inquire about the process of starting a custom design. What I envisioned for my perfect ring, I learned after months of searching, did not yet exist. Without much information or knowledge in fine jewelry design I turned to Andrei Jiliaev for direction. Andrei went above and beyond my expectations with his guidance, design work and craftsmanship of the engagement ring. He provided superior communication with myself through every step of the way. Artistically, Andrei offered many extraordinary designs to choose from, and I was amazed at the detailed, hand drawn options he created from scratch using some of my conceptual ideas. The engagement ring was made promptly, and flawlessly! I proposed to my girlfriend - now fiancée - in April 2021. She was truly overjoyed and thrilled at the outcome of the engagement ring. After a few weeks of showing it off to friends and family, we have received numerous compliments about the ring. Some family members have already asked for the Jiliaev contact information to have their outdated jewelry redesigned by Andrei. Andrei Jiliaev’s high caliber of design work, efficient communication, and perfectly executed end product has redefined my idea of outstanding customer service. My experience could not have been better, and I look forward to returning to Jiliaev, and working with him again, on all our future jewelry keepsakes.
