I don't "chase pain". This means that not only I do look at the painful and/or dysfunctional area, but also the surrounding joints and segments, and how the body functions as a whole.
I have taken all my injury & experiences and combined it with a pretty packed education, to end up with Empowerment Rehab and Training.
My goal is to empower every human being I interact with, whether in my clinic, the gym or mobility class, or online!
I just want you to understand your body and the systems that support it, a little bit of science, and to realize where the bar for therapy and fitness should really be set.
