We had attended the hospital to confirm that nothing was broken and was told the pain would pass shortly with no real description, treatment or understanding. We attended and met with Megan who took the time to speak directly to my daughter and not through me which I very much respected. Megan took the time to conduct her own detailed assessment and provided a clear explanation as to what was causing the pain. Megan took the time to treat the injury, and showed me what to do over the next few days to help with the pain and discomfort. This provided my daughter with reassurance that she would be able to co to us playing and how to treat it through stretches/massage and taping. We were able to get an appointment very quickly, everyone was friendly and professional and my daughter left feeling good, in good spirits and very much loved Megan’s treatment. This was not our first positive experience and I am sure it will not be our last as we are customers for life. Thank you to everyone at URSW.

We were able to get in right away (very important for a young athlete!) and see a very knowledgable therapist. She was very thorough in her assessment and was able to diagnose my son and start immediate treatment. Follow up appointments were easy to schedule based on her flexible working times.
