Dr. Amanda PatenaudeDr. Amanda Patenaude is Board Certified as an Internal Medicine Specialist with a fellowship in Autoimmune & Autoimmune Skin Diseases. I was so scared after seeing these reviews last year but I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Patenaude has been so very kind to me. She has been wonderdul and has helped a lot with my skin condition. Ignore the bad reviews. Be respectful and understand that drs are busy.

My daughter went for a follow-up appointment at Dr P's medical centre. I took time from work to bring my daughter to her appointment and even arrived earlier so we wouldnt be late.. We waited for about 15 to 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 to 40 minutes in the doctor's room. Dr Patenaude treated my daughter all in about 5 minutes and gave her a prescription. We were literally in the room for 7 mins and as we were asking questions she started to ignore us and walked out of the room while we were trying to get answers. I find this very unprofessional and rude, and then she told me to talk to her staff about a follow up appointment. We waited for an hour for her and all we wanted was maybe more than 5 minutes of her time. But she didn't want to even give us that. I was thinking of using her services myself, but if this is how she works the system I am definitely not going to. We are at a loss on the terrible bed side manners. The office looks great but the service she provides is terrible. I'm not sure how doctor's bill time, but Medicare is getting ripped off .

If you were referred were by your doctor, ask for a new referral and question your doctor's judgement. Staff was very rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. They also gave me an prescription for some outrageous priced ointment which my pharmacy told me doesn't work for what I need. I was sent here from my doctor for a medical treatment and clearly is place only for lip injections or other unnecessary beauty surgeries. Also note most of the 5 star reviews are from accounts who ONLY reviewed this place, so staff/friends/discount offers.

I have always been pleased with my service with Dr Patenaude. I have found her to always be within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and she really does explain things well. I wanted a filler at one point and she even talked me out of it, insisting that I didn’t need it yet. I’m glad she did, because she was right. I find her and Carris very skillful and professional, the clinic is spotless and I have no problem recommending her to my friends and family.

I did phone conference with her. She prescribed me a prescription for 115$ bath soak.....but said if too expensive to soak in Epsom salt and javex. When I showed up to finally get examined properly for skin issue I was denied treatment and even to speak to her personally because I have an excemption from wearing a face mask. I can wear a shield but receptionists wouldn't even look at my excemption letter from a doctor. I sat in the car for 15 minutes crying. Felt like I don't matter. Was told to call the surgeon and doctor association and write a formal grievances against her. Not sure if I should

DON’T GO HERE! This establishment is in it for the money, that’s it. In addition to being an hour late, I went there to discuss multiple skin problems and I was told, only one problem per appointment?!? When I tried discussing concerns about a mole, she wouldn’t even look at it. All they did was push their expensive products on me, told me nothing else would ever work, and if I wanted other issues looked at, I would have to make another appointment. I should have read reviews prior to my appointment because my experience seems to be the same as most patients. Never trust a doctor that doesn’t care about their patients and doesn’t try to improve their way of practicing medicine.

I went in for lip filler which was 500.00 i also bought a retinol skin care regiment for 750.00. After the swelling went down, my lips looked exactly the same. I returned a week later to show her my lips didnt change and how disatisfied i was so she did another round of lip fillers which cost me another 500.00. She poked me 3 times on top and 3 on the bottom in the center. I went to another place that poked me 6 up top and 5 on the bottom to give the lip shape. Needless to say rhum lost my business which would have been A LOT of business. That second 500.00 just lost her probably close to 60k for me, not including my friends. I shouldnt have been charged the second filler as the first one did nothing. Im happy where i go now as she lost a loyal client had she seen it was the principle behind it not the actual cost.

Impossible to get a hold of. I had called upwards of 20 times during business hours, several days in a row, with no success. I finally got through to someone 2 months after having a referral sent in by my GP and was told it would be another month before someone even got to my referral to schedule an appointment. I obviously protested this and they were able to schedule me for an appointment about 3 weeks from that call. The doctor was 50 minutes late for my Teams appointment. I did not go through with a procedure after that appointment.
