A South African graduate, Ricardo was a rural family physician for a decade in St Claude before following his passion for emergency medicine. He has 20 years experience at the Seven Oaks Emergency, where he served as Medical Director and hospital Chief Medical Officer for 15 years. His career includes roles such as Head of the WRHA Emergency Program, acting head of the University of Manitoba Academic Emergency Department, as well as Provincial Advisor on emergency care to the Minister of Health. Throughout this time he has worked in the emergency department.
Fluent in a few languages, Ricardo can also provide medical services in French and Portuguese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place like the plague if you want to be ridiculed over your choice to be vaccinated or not for COVID-19.
My daughter went today to be assessed for digestive and abdominal issues. All the doctor could focus on was the fact she has not been vaccinated yet. He does not know her nor her medical history and had no right to pester her over this. My daughter faces a lot of medical anomalies and was advised by her practitioner to hold off due to the carditis adverse reactions. This doctor knew nothing of my daughter's medical history but tried to make it his business about her vaccination status and was very belittling. Again, she went in with digestive issues. No COVID related symptoms whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here after hearing coworkers talk about it and was not disappointed. very easy online booking service, receptionist was warm and welcoming, clinic was quiet, very clean and had zero wait time. had Dr Kalturnyk for both visits and he was wonderful to talk to. Quick and to the point, easy to understand, and very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough good things about this place! I have referred people in the past but today is the first day I needed it myself. My daughter fell on her hand and was bruised and swollen. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. We were in on time, she got an X-ray, she was splinted and send on our way in 20 minutes. The doctor was so nice. Recommend this place 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst clinics in the city. No proper care for the patient. No compassion. They only worry about their own business and just how to make more money. The doctors are experienced but instead of focusing more on serving the patients, they have become businessmen with self-centred goals.
Don’t even bother to try these ‘selfish’ people.
