If they make an appointment or referral mistakes, (which I can and does happen) they show little care or empathy to rectify, and attempt to blame the patient for their mistakes and shortcomings. Book elsewhere where they treat patients with more compassionate. (Source: My family member is patient and saw their behaviour)

V	Vinaydeep Alvares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience at this place. The ultrasound tech was good and on time. The X ray technician was missing the receptionist was very rude. I had waited outside the X ray room and was asked to remain outside as the X ray tech was not inside. After 10 minutes I asked the receptionist and she told me that the X ray tech is with a patient. I told her there is no patient as I was the one waiting for the tech. Her response "Do you know what is going on inside". I waited for another 10 minutes and told the receptionist that i am leaving she coolly responded OK . She did not have the courtesy to ask me or tell me if I needed another appointment. I returned and told the receptionist not to charge my OHIP card for the Xray that is not performed. My appointment was at 5 pm and I was asked to come early because of the X ray however I stayed there from 445 pm to 543 pm and had to leave without an Xray. M y decision is not to go that place again and also tell my doctor about the pathetic treatment provided and not to refer patients to this place who do not value our time and are rude and lying staff. The receptionist and the X ray technician should remember that when they open their home refrigerator the stuff inside is because of a customer.

I feel this is the best diagnostic center, they have excellent infrastructure and latest equipments. The staff is also good and supportive. They did not show any attitude and they are polite.

The patients who come there r already going through health issues and already cranky or upset ...all u can do early morning is to treat them with a smile or hello instead of grumpy face n not even apologetic for the delays n was been told "ya just sit down ..will call u ! Was told very rudely ?... I must say the doctor was nice though!
m	matt rafeeq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service yesterday at Sound care for my 1st ultrasound. Wait time after signing in was about 15 mins which is ok with me. Front staff was friendly and helpful. The Ultrasound Tech was so awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns, can tell she was knowledgeable. I got a photo of the baby printed to share with family.
s	samson truman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife hade an appoint for anatomy ultrasound. I went with her. We must stay outside for 5 minutes due to covid19 protocol. Receptionists call us after 5 minutes when space was available in the waiting room. Our temperatures were screened, and hand sanitizers was readily available. I could see a dedicated staff member cleaning every chair after it’s use by patient. The clinic is very neat and clean. Staff are polite. Ultrasound technician is highly experts as well. The report for exam faxed to my Family DR same Day which was amazing. Highly recommended for those who are seeking accuracy and a friendly customer service.
