★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went into medical mart today and made the mistake of asking a question to "Ray" apparently she's a new sales associate and extremely rude with no manners at all. I hope the management team will take notice of this review and train her properly for the job she's holding, otherwise, there are plenty of sales associates out there with excellent customer service skills and mannerisms !

I was helped by Ms Rae who was extremely patient and caring. she took the time to explain the different elbow supports to me and even gave me advice. I was honestly not expecting that level of compassion. it was a pleasure meeting you once again :)

Management was kind enough to refund full price including S+H fee which is nice of them to do. But still a waste of time for me so BUYER BE AWARE!
Recently placed an order of 250 pieces of treated dental swab over the phone to Medical Mart or medimart.com and when I received the order I noticed that the treated dental swab has long expired and was made back in 2008 (see trademark designation as 2008). It's being expired for over 10 years yet when Medimart shipped product from East coast Toronto/Mississauga area to me at West coast Vancouver they shipped an expired product knowingly that I will not contest and may not fight with them for a refund.
I don't care about a refund of $40 + tax + shipping, but receiving a product which has long expired when expecting a high quality, unexpired product should be the professionalism which every vendor must have.
P.S. - The treated dental swab when you opened the package had an pungent, sour smell, an indication of the product expired for over 10 years. You can see the close up swab head that the paste or lotion has all been dried up and long expired. Neither I can use nor use at other long term care and/or hospital facility. Really unprofessional of Medimart and Medline! Avoid like a plague!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going here, I read through a lot of the reviews and most of them were bad reviews about their service or their attitude. I'm not sure if that staff had been changed or not but when I went, I had a great experience. I believe the worker that helped me was Sausan and they were amazing, they helped me picked the right knee brace for my MCL injury and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any medical equipment.

Asked what time they open tmrw and she said closed on weekends. What is going on with this world. I remember working in retail and would let people in. People just don't want to work any more.
