I added small detailed notes to each order as not having any experiance with them But found Obaydah to be knowledgeable & highly professional, apart from replying to all my queries he had my order ready and shipped within a week.
The website being updated at all times was a huge plus point for me.
The materials offered are of great price and quality.
Later on when I moved to Mississauga, I use to shop here regularly. Keep up the good work in providing great service.

Super impressed with their attitude towards customers, their quality material, their prices, the deals and especially the follow up. If you have a problem with any of your material or instruments, they even change it unlike other stores where they don't even acknowledge that you bought it from them. Great job NA medical!!
