Purchased a different mask, was told if I returned it within 30 days I could get a refund. I did not like the new mask. I went back they would only exchange for a different mask. Then they said they would do it for this time only. They Did NOT REFUND NOTHING. They charged me more for the extra tubing. Do.not get different mask you will be stuck with it. Horrible and very expensive. Shop around. I would give them a zero if I could

I've been getting my cpap and cpap accessories here for a few years now. I have been very happy with the service. I must admit I have insurance so I haven't really shopped around for pricing. But I can say that I've dealt with Allyson and Vicky on several occasions and have nothing but nice things to say about them both. If I've ever had questions, they've provided me with the answers I needed, along with other helpful information. Based on my interactions, I see no reason to go anywhere else for my cpap needs for the moment!

If a could leave a 0 star I would, Wheelchair was to be delivered to my father day he got out of hospital, they were 4 days late delivering, every time we called we got the run around that delivery was attempted, witch was complete nonsense as someone was home the entire time, one time after they told me this they then told me didn't have the size in stock (then how did they attemp to deliver it the evening before?) When we finally got the chair, the delivery person was extremely rude and left chair in driveway....Now when due to be picked back up 3 calls with absolutely NO return call! Terrible terrible service!

I’ve called 5 times to have equipment picked up and yet it’s still sitting here. Im guessing no one working there has lost a loved one and how hard it is to look at theses items daily.

I call never get a answer so I leave a message never get a call back . I have had to call there a few times before I get a call back or someone picks up the phone . Good service when you get a hold of them .

I’m really disappointed. My dad needed a bed and walker and they were so quick to deliver, which was great at first. Unfortunately, he passed away in that bed, and we have been waiting FOUR DAYS for the bed to be picked up (which is in the middle our living room). We’ve called every day, begging them to come pick it up, provide a pick up time, or at least look into the matter further so we don’t have to look at this heartbreaking empty bed anymore, only to be repeatedly told β€œour dispatch team is aware it needs to be picked up.” I just can’t stand looking at it anymore and I don’t know what else to do.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were right on time for my appointment and gave me all the options available to me. They completly explained how to use the equipment and took care of any billing with the government as well as my insurance. They have called me about every 6 months to see how I am doing and answer any questions or concerns. I will use them again and have recommended them to several people who were also happy

Medigas was great at delivering my husband’s hospital bed within in a timely manner but that is where the good service ended. My husband passed away 4 WEEKS ago and the bed is still here! We have called numerous times and rarely are calls returned. Because the bed was on the second floor they said they needed two people (but only one person brought it in and set it up). It is now disassembled in my garage so it is now a one person job and they still aren’t returning calls to make arrangements for pick up. I hope someone isn’t waiting for a bed knowing this one has been here unused for a month! Come on Medigas you need to do better - at least return calls and be accountable!
