★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be deceived by the website. From start to finish this was an awful experience. I had to call and confirm our appointment and was told they didn’t have an appointment yet I had an email confirming. When we arrived it turns out this is within a medical clinic. Staff were confused as to why we were there. No one explained the process just handed us forms to sign that we’re consent forms for after care instructions that no one went over with us. Staff didn’t not appreciate questions and made us feel uncomfortable. The nurse who made the markings for placement had hands that were shaking. I told the Dr that I thought one ear dot was too high and he told me ears are not even. Without a word of warning he proceeded to do the piercing which was both startling to myself and my daughter. Turns out I was right and one earring was higher than the other. “I can take it out and redo it if you want” was his response. I am so disappointed with this experience. I would never take my child here. Hands down the worst. We were also quoted $160 ended up having to pay $210
It wasn’t the cleanest feeling either. Very misleading website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my baby’s ears pierced today at this clinic. The piercing on the left ear went smooth but on the right ear was terrible. First attempt, the piercing was too high on the ear so a second attempt was done but it still landed on the same spot. Not only did the second attempt terrify my baby but also hurt her a lot. The doctor was saying my baby was moving a lot but she was still as my husband was holding her well and good. Don’t ever bring your kids to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had our 8 month old twin daughters ears pierced here today and they did an amazing job! They used numbing cream on their ears beforehand and were so gentle and patient with them even though they were squirming around a little. The girls barely even noticed they had anything done and only cried for a second or two. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to get your child’s ears pierced but don’t trust a place in the mall like Claire’s. It was very clean and professional and it put my mind at ease having a doctor do it.
