Better off going to Urgent Care or a different clinic. Don’t waste your time here. * (Posting on behalf of an elderly patient who was not treated kindly, and will be finding a new doctor).

They do everything they can to get you seen asap, when it's an urgent matter. I'm very happy with the services I've experienced there, and would highly recommend them.

K	Kelly B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best doc I've had in my 60 years. Very nice, takes time to listen to all concerns and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. Only complaint is it takes forever to get a appointment some times have to wait weeks and by that time you could be dead if it's serious.

The walls are so thin that when you are in the waiting area you can hear the doctor/patients conversation. While the medical student is friendly and kind Dr. Michaels is my doctor and he doesn't seem to care about my medical needs. Had a test done and no one bothered to call and give me a update. To book a appointment the next availability is a month out. After my conversation I booked an appointment with a walk in clinic and was seen the next day. Don't waste your time coming here.
A	Alicia Thombs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only major complaint is getting prescription refills. Takes weeks and several phone calls. Even after stressing the importance of getting my ventolin as I am asthmatic and have covid. Otherwise the dr is very kind and caring.

For once I feel comfortable going to the doctors to discuss various things, I know Dr Michael and his team are doing what they feel is truly best for me and my health. I've never been dismissed, every concern has always been addressed immediately which is amazing. It can be tricky getting through sometimes to make appointments (great drs are going to be busy) but when you do, the receptionist is amazing! Its such a relief not to panic every time I need to call or go in for help. If he's accepting patients and you need a doctor, look no further than this office!
