★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with my experience at this lab. I didn't think of booking an appt, and just walked in. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Clean, bright space with friendly greeting. No problems with parking, plus it's free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a Saturday, no wait time, not busy which is great. The nurse is very professional, friendly. The clinic is well organized and very clean. I used to go to luge labs but now this is my new go to clinic for any blood or lab work.

The tech was nice but when I came in with my 2 (almost 3) year old she almost refused to do the blood work because she was nervous without a second staff there and she hated doing blood work on kids because she feels bad. I told her that I had a lot of experience holding my toddler securely and safely for blood work and would appreciate getting it done while we were there. My daughter wasn’t nervous until the tech came in and very loudly started telling my 2 year old that it was going to hurt for a minute over and over again. She projected her own nerves and apprehension into the situation and made it much more stressful than it needed to be for my daughter. My daughter was crying but I was holding her appropriately and still enough to safely and successfully get the blood samples- she was not squirming or flailing at all. The tech then refused to collect the last tube of blood because she ‘felt bad that my daughter was crying and wanted it to be done.’ So hopefully the lab will receive enough blood sample to run the tests ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in today to get blood tests and the lady who served me was very polite and very good at her job!! I’m one of those people who have very ‘hidden’ veins and many times before had to be poked several times. Today, 2 seconds, in and out 1 time, super fast!! I was so impressed!! Will definitely be back!! :)
