J	Jan MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 98 yr old Mom to get blood work. Waited almost 2 hrs. No, we didn't check in on line. Once we got in, the Tech poked her 3 times and was unsuccessful taking her blood. I actually had to tell the Tech to hold off the last spot as it was causing a hematoma. She said she would get someone else to help which she didnt. After several minutes, someone noticed we were just sitting alone and came to help. The req was left at the counter - none was asked to help us. By 2 hrs, Mom had had enough and we went home. I had a friend take her blood the next week. One poke, no issues. So not impressed with this place. Ask me! I have wonder pics of the hematomas!!

One memorable staff member named Alva was kind and funny; she made the experience enjoyable! It was quick and painless for both me and my partner to get our bloodwork done. Thank you Alva!

Once there it was 2.2 and I brought it to the attention of the ladies at the front desk. I felt badly as there were people waiting, but the team knew I needed to get in and out quickly. Once seen, I asked about a pop machine in the building. Thankfully, one of the ladies offered a glucose drink. I have been a diabetic for 49 years and yes, I experience low sugars, but the team was quick to react and I am ever so grateful. Thank you.

I was super nervous as it was first time and she calmed me down and was having conversation with me durning the process to keep me calm! Thank you Pam for your help and amazing service! I would request her at your next visit !!
S	Shubham Shubham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially had a bad experience since the specific nurse cant find my vein and poking needle in both arms but really and truly i have a great experience with Mansi Dane in next visit. She is the best I can say. Took only two minutes maximum to suck two tubes of blood without even a pain. Thank god they do have some professional nurses. I m glad thatMansi really assisted me and made it easy for me . Greatly appreciated her efforts and time.
