this young man has been my doctor before he was a husband and father and has done a wonderful job as i am still quite healthy 74 yr old woman i would recommend him and his staff to anyone who wants a caring man

Dr Kopyto is amazing! Very knowledgeable and very caring! He treats my children as well as he treated me since I was a child! We love dr kopyto! The staff is amazing too!

Gave him one star only because I couldn't give him zero stars. I've been a patient since this Quack bought the practice from Doctor Len Jurkowski, (who was an Excellent Doctor). I've had a couple of chronic problems over the years and Kopyto, usually without taking his eyes off the computer screen issues me prescriptions that do not work, but have cost me thousands of dollars. Most recently, I was coughing and spitting up phlegm. A couple of times I couldn't get my breath and passed out. I was terrified. Called for an appointment, and got one, in Two Weeks. A couple of days later, I was gasping for air, and my son and daughter took me to the Emergency Room. ER Doctor ordered blood work and x-rays. Told me I had two pneumonias, and prescribed a course of antibiotics. He also tested my heart and said that my body was under a lot of stress, and if I didn't relax and rest properly, I would have a heart attack. I finished the antibiotics, but was still coughing and spitting up some phlegm. I went to Kopyto's office, and tried to explain to the receptionist my concern that the pneumonias might become antibiotic resistant. I was told that the Dr. Wasn't in, and she could not give me an answer, but could give me an appointment the following day. Fine, Thank You. Next day, Kopyto comes in, glanced at me, and got right on the computer. He then informed me that I didn't have pneumonia at all. He said that the x-ray report said no pneumonias found. "So, why would the ER Doctor tell me I had two pneumonias, and prescribe the antibiotics?". Kopyto replied, "I don't know." I was stunned. I then asked::"What would you do if you had two Doctors telling you two different things?". Kopyto laughed and replied, "I don't know". I failed to see the humor in this, told him that he would never see me again, and walked out. Reading some of the reviews about him, and having experienced his incompetence first hand, I have to wonder if he isn't getting kick backs from Big Pharma. Receptionist is Rude and condescending and of no help at all. My advice? Avoid this Quack like the Plague!

Doctor Koypto has been my doctor for 10yrs. And find him to be very detailed, genuinely listens to all my concerns and yes Compassionate. He does not go on his computer unless required he is very attentive and Yes interacts with his patients not his computer. The only problem is obtaining an appointment one that obtainable to me - sometimes long wait to see him.

This doctor ruined my life. Was with him for 20 years. He doesn’t care about his patients, he cares solely about money. This doctor over prescribed me narcotics for 3 years, an anti-anxiety medication because I have anxiety. I was hooked and he kept prescribing, over and over more and more until I was getting upwards of 120 a week but if I entered this mans office with a legitament inquiry it was always pushed off as “it’s in your head” “it’s anxiety related”. I ended up in the hospital several times and during one of my first visits they asked me why I was on 2 medications, one for GERD and one for osteoarthritis, I was told by Dr. Kopyto they’re for my anxiety, well apparently I was told wrong. The ER doctor had taken off both immediately as there was no cause for me to be on them because they aren’t for anxiety. I called for weeks to get a refill on my non-narcotic medications and one day I got flustered and the secretary then discharged me from the practice. They told me they would not help me and pretty well told me to take a hike. If it wasn’t for St. Joseph’s Healthcare, this doctor would have left me, with known mental health and addiction issues with no doctor because he just couldn’t handle me anymore. THAT is how people get hooked on street drugs. He also prescribed my younger sister a benzodiazepine to sleep when she specifically requested she does NOT want narcotics, he explained it was not a narcotic and just a sleeping pill used regularly for people who can’t sleep, the pharmacy informed us otherwise, he in-fact prescribed my sister a narcotic medication, she had the pharmacy rip the prescription and throw it out and immediately switched doctors, she trusted him and he lied to her face. This doctor is a joke and I really hope that no one puts their lives in this mans hands because he will literally ruin it with zero care on the impact, he is all about the money.
