If there is 0 stars, I would put to this worst clinic I have ever dealt with. The doctor terminated my disabled 72 years old mom's file without even informing us. She has been left without family doctor without she even knows. If you have beloved ones, do not even think to bring them here. worst clinic ever.

Terrible doctor. Never answers the phone when you call. Will call and scream at you. if you have any kind of mental health issues do not go to them because they will only make you worse. They will refuse to look at you and the only thing she does is sends you for blood test after blood test. Extremely rude. I’ve watched them yell at her staff and her patients. And if you have any kind of pain medication they will constantly threaten to take the prescription away.

Called to get in line for an in-person walk-in appointment because of new Covid-19 procedures. I waited over an hour in the parking lot before calling back and being informed that it was a phone call appointment. I asked at that time whether it would be better to wait for an in person appointment (because I was there already) or for the phone call and they recommended the phone call. I waited three more hours for the call, which never came, and called back only to be told that the doctor prioritizes in-person patients and slots phone call appointments in when available. Very frustrating.

Very very unprofessional staff this facility has. I have called several times on April around 6 before the clinic would be closing and no one for good 20 minutes answered the call. Finally when the call did go through the receptionist was very rude and told me the clinic is closed now and there was 1 hour left. She passed the phone to another receptionist and she argued and hanged up the call on me. I was outside the facility and asked for someone who is in charge of the clinic and all the receptionist could do is ignore and hang up the call. Very very unprofessional behaviour. I work in the same field and would like to help my patients rather than ignore and be rude to them. This is not the first time this had happened with the receptionist. Would never recommend anyone there. Very rude and unprofessional staff they have

I have been a Patient of Dr Wassan Ihsan for the last 6 years I have never had such a Caring & Compassionate, Professional ,Knowledgeable Family Doctor through out my 57 years. She always takes all my health concerns very seriously and always does a follow up with me regarding all my tests results. She never rushes me when she enters the examination room. I have referred many of my friends & Family to Dr Wassan and I love it when my friends call me to thank me for referring them to her. My son is Type 1 diabetic and During the pandemic Dr Wassan called periodically to check up on my son to see how he was coping & remaining safe with having diabetes during the pandemic. How many Dr’s would take time during their busy schedule to have such concern for their patients during that time. I also have seen Dr Ali Ihsan on several occasions while Dr Wassan was off and he is just as compassionate & caring and has a great sense of humor while still remaining professional. I would also like to add From the minute your enter the clinic you are greeted by Maly & the entire staff at the front desk with a friendly smile and hello ? I know it can get busy in their at times but that just goes to show you how caring these Dr’s are because when your in the examination room they take their time and listen to your health concerns and don’t rush to get you out.They are both truly compassionate Dr’s I also love that they have a pharmacy right on site. Abby & Sal are so knowledgeable & accommodating with all your concerns regarding your medication. Thank you Dr Wassan ,Dr Ali & staff for being such wonderful Dr’s and for always taking care of my Family ♥️

I was happy at the beginning, when I found Dr. Wassan and receptionists were very nice. But, after yesterday appointment everything got ruined! I had an appointment at 11:15, but I got a chance to see my doctor at 12:30! I don't understand, why you book appointments for people, if people should still sit and wait over an hour, like in a walk in clinic! You can letteraly can die or get even more sick waiting for a "doctor's help"! Big disappointment!

I don't know what the other negative reviews are talking. Perhaps not the whole story. I've known Dr. Ihsan as a patient for years. He and his staff are professional, caring, attentive, punctual, thorough, courteous and very good in her profession. I recommend his highly and have always been very happy and satisfied with his service and support! Thank you for all the help Dr.

Been a patient for about 3 years now. Very busy clinic which makes it hard to use their walk in services without a long wait time. With that in mind, the doctors are doing their best to help people as quickly as they can which explains the poor reviews. I can tell that both doctors do care about my wellbeing, and I don't go there to have my hand held or to be complimented. It's a rushed environment. If you go, try to aim for a day and time that won't be busy so that the doctors don't have to rush to see lots of patients after you. If you have an appointment and don't want to wait, call ahead and ask how behind they are so you can wait at home instead of at the office.
