★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property management are some of the most unprofessional people I have engaged with. The receptionists were wonderful to engage with and even apologized that no one had returned my calls after I reached out daily for 5 business days. Both property managers I spoke with were rude and unprofessional on the phone. I contacted them in regards to a parking ticket I received at 2 Richard Way SW, Calgary. I was a patron at the Tim Hortons there but because I “walked off of the parking lot” (manager Mark’s words when I spoke to him on the phone) I was given a ticket and they would not reconsider it. I would discourage anyone from being a patron at any of the businesses there if you plan on “walking off the parking lot.” Ironically there was a gas company attendant checking meters at the complex beside who wasn’t given a ticket.
