B	B Coe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company i've ever dealt with in my life. Customer service is non existent. Been trying to talk to a manager for 2 weeks now. Every day it's a different story. Miss Attitude who answers the phone told me if I could get a better rate then I should do it...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED AND COMPLETED! Just come and pick up your tanks already! I wish it was possible to give this company -100 stars.

Weve actually run out of oil about 3 times now on McRoberts fault. They’re NEVER on time, and they always take FOREVER to get here. My house is about a 5 minute drive from their office. We called the first week in December to have oil filled, put money in the account and called probably about 4 dozen times. They didn’t put oil in our tank until today. Almost two months after asking for it. BAD BAD BUSINESS. I’m also supposed to be on auto refill, never come.

They let me and my family run out of propane. and every time I called them they promised me that someone would be there the next day and they kept saying that to me for over a month. Their staff on the phone is rude and condescending. And when I finally switched businesses to a different propane company they tried to hit me with a $650 bill for picking up their own tanks. This place is should not be in business if you ask me.
R	Rudy Bagoda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret hiring this company and I am happy I switched to natural gas so that I no longer have to deal with them. One winter they let me run out of propane. When I told them I no longer needed their propane they left their tanks on my property for 4 months, I had to repeatedly call to get them to take them away and then they charged me over $300 to take them. They don't return calls. Not friendly on the telephone. I do not recommend this company.
P	Pat Cottrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no ZERO stars, so I'm giving one star ONLY for that reason. This company is the worst EVER!!! Last fall (2018), we informed them that we would no longer be using them and that the tanks could be removed in the spring prior to June 1st (renewal date). They STILL are trying to charge us $250 + tax for removing the tanks. We had 22 tanks for the trailers. The tanks are rentals and when a valve was leaking on THEIR tank, they charged us $285 to repair!!! They refused to credit for the propane in the tanks, or to pump out the propane -- I found a company that is amazing to deal with, and actually WANT our business. DO NOT EVER USE McRobert Fuels for ANYTHING -- THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! We have filed a complaint with the TSSA and they're keeping it on file.
K	Kim Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McRobert Fuels is a company I will not recommend to anyone. I switched last year to Dowler-Karn because of a poor customer service issues with McRobert Fuels. Their propane tank sat in my parking lot for 8 months before they came and picked it up. Two weeks later I get a bill for 365.00 for picking up their empty tank that sat on my property for 8 months!! I refused to pay it. One of my emails did get a response while the other one did not. Three phone calls with leaving messages twice and no return call. Spoke to someone today who just wants his money and its my fault the tank sat in my parking lot. They are unwilling to resolve the issue. Basically an 18 year relationship of paying my bills on time does not matter. #bs#badbusiness

We went over a week in January before they came to fill the tanks and in March over 3 weeks when I finally had tanks installed by another supplier. Now they want paid for picking up empty tanks. Stay away!

They are disorganized and do not communicate well with customers from the Head Office. We have seen large increases in our tank rental charge. 54$ in 2018 to 135$ in 2021. That is an 250% increase in cost in 4 years of their tank being on our property. However their field staff and drivers are excellent to deal with, friendly and polite.
