Getting the Honda was a breeze and a wonderful experience. The after market service....not. All I wanted to do was switch the account our payment was drawn from. I work rotating shifts, so my sleep is very important to me. So, I goto their website, and on the contact portion (the only place where you can send any info via the net) which they label as booking an appointment, I state my request. 1st time was early Jan, 2nd was end of Jan, 3rd was early Feb. At this point I can't believe they wouldn't even send an email. It was the simplest of things! Finally, fed up I called when I had absolutely no other option. The guy tells me I have to call the bank that Hanover Honda financed it with. Fine! He gives me the number....it's a fax number!!!! Come on!!!!! Seriously?!?! 6 weeks without a contact, and 2 and 1/2 hours later, I have the situation solved to my satisfaction. They will bend over backwards to sell you a car. But getting an email or an accurate phone number....

I am always impressed with my interactions at Hanover Honda. Having been a former colleague of Steve Adams I was thrilled to have purchased my very first Honda from him. I feel that all members of the Service Department are knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and focused on customer satisfaction. Each interaction is always a positive experience.

The staff was so friendly. Explained all the aspects of the used vehicle I was looking at. They treated me with respect and didn't talk 'down' to me because I was a female. No pressure from them just an overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this place for vehicle purchases.

I’d would like to thank the service department at Hanover Honda. Over the holidays, I experienced a problem with my vehicle, Kaitlyn was there to answer all my questions and took the time ensure the vehicle was safely transported to the dealership for repairs. The Techs were quick to find the problem (a loose battery connection), and I was back on the road in no time. This is my 8th year with Hanover Honda and I’ve always had a great experience with both purchasing and vehicle maintenance. I recommend Hanover Honda.

I had an AMAZING experience at Hanover Honda! I purchased a new HSS928CTD snow blower from this dealer. Their customer service is outstanding! My experience was so great that I drove 2 hours one-way / 4 hours return-trip to make my purchase. Tanya at reception is very friendly and polite. Dave the Sales Manager is an awesome guy. He responded to my email inquiries within minutes. That’s how you get deals done! Price was obviously a factor as well, and of course their pricing was more than fair. More shops should aspire to have the same high standards as this place. I will be recommending friends and family to visit Hanover Honda for their Power Equipment needs. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Sale reps and ppl in the front great. Mechanic in the back are awesome. But, dealing with the auto shop desk associates is extremely frustrating and insulting because are so unprofessional. I had paint fall off and it was covered under warranty. When I went into honda about this, I was treated like the bad guy and was given a hard time after having confirmation it was covered. Then when I had a honda key break, I had to buy a new one and get it reprogram. After my key was reprogram I asked. "So my wife key will work also?" I was told no and should of had her key also. No one told me this and I was NOT ASKED if 'all keys' were here when I came in for my appointment. Honda tried to bill me for doing the re-programing two times. I said no way am I paying for for this reprogramming twice! The shop manager tried to tell me it was my fault for not knowing I needed to bring all keys. I've stopped taking my car to Hanover Honda for only one reason. Very unprofessional auto desk customer service! I will come here to buy and I wont say a bad word on the mechanic's. But I wont deal with the auto desk associates again.
