Our sales associate Ken, was kind, courteous and professional, patiently answering the questions we had and providing options to fit our needs. This was as “no-pressure-approach” a car buying experience as it gets, and the staff at the dealership were all pleasant and customer focused. Once we agreed on our civic, we worked with the finance manager Haley, who’s knowledge and experience runs deep. She took the time to present options, answer questions, and also was a ‘no-pressure’ representative, focused on solutions that met our needs. While in the building, I met several employees from Sales and Service, all of whom were pleasant and whom I enjoyed meeting. It’s clear that this dealership has spent time carefully creating a positive and customer-centric environment. Thank you Listowel Honda for a fantastic car buying experience. You have a customer for life, and we’ll be back!

She was knowledgeable and accommodating and has a relaxed approach, which I always appreciate when buying a car. I'm rating 4 stars because the 9-6hrs didn't offer much flexibility. I also had an issue with a low tire pressure warning on the day of pick up, which was resolved by their service department but again, the hours didn't offer much flexibility for me to bring the car back for an issue I didn't expect on the first day of ownership.
