Doctors don’t tell u three truth about your X-rays

Terrible emergency service. Wait at least 3 hours. Sit with sick people that long and you too will be sick People covering reception breaks can’t help you Solitaire anyone! Fundraising for the medical building only created a private club. Parking lot is difficult and expensive new X-ray equipment is a bonus though and the service in that department is excellent.

Sitting in a room in emerg, listening to nurses gossip,laugh and swear does not leave much confidence

The ladies at the front desk was not to talkative and she couldn't really answer any of our question. We got covid tests for travel so she gave us the wrong information. We went to the airport for our flight but the results never came back in four days so we had to come back. Now we have to reschedule the trip. Plus it was a three our ride to the airport..and I also had to take 3 of my kids...which was useless because now we missed and cancelled our flight! I don't recommend anything at this hospital!

Thank you to all of the wonderful nursing staff, physiotherapists, PSWs,cleaning crew, dieticians, administrative staff, everyone else and of course. to all of the MDs for their exceptional care and respect throughout the beginning of one of the most difficult journey I could ever imagine. However…. I did forget to mention a substitute doctor, (perhaps) trying to prove herself made an unwarranted phone call about my pain medication and got my license suspended for 9 months. 32 broken bones, no spleen, leg in pieces. The only child still alive of aging parents. This ***** took my drivers license! Who the **** would do that to someone who’s history they do not know…I could go on and on. A 20 something girl trying to be or accomplish what? A promotion for destroying a family? A lot of people take medication daily… Doubtful she even cares that She helped ruin the following 6 years of my life, first not being able to walk. Still in a wheelchair and a hard neck brace, going to methadone clinics every day, my sick momma having to drive me daily! I have never (in 30 years of working in healthcare environments) I have NEVER heard of someone being that incredibly cruel. I hope she was fired and will not continue to “treat” (aka) “ruin” other peoples’ lives. I could have helped my daddy live if I could have driven him myself! She should reimburse me for all the taxis I had to take! Lol! (But really) Everything else (except the food) was amazing! If I ever had a choice or let someone take me to the hospital…l would chose Hanover (Except that doctor). I even called the ministry and got a report of what she said “a drug addict who has abusing her medication???”was what she called me. I wish I could remember her name. If anyone reading this knows the “doctor”… I would appreciate a chance to (politely) tell her what she did to me and continues to do to me. (It would be great if she paid the massive insurance hike she cost me… yet I know she doesn’t care and this post will likely never be published…no one wants to look bad online! The gods forbid! Lmao! J/k but even an apology would be a nice gesture) Because I’m an idiot and a pushover…and she was a friend of my real doctor (dr white) I didn’t press any further, I was positive it would be sorted out…it wasn’t…But this is the last year I can say anything. 5 stars if not for that….ummm experience with evil (to put it lightly) I’m sorry Dr. White, you were always kind. I thank you so very much.You we’re great. I just cannot let go of what she did.

I had to take my son who is 28 in for emergent care. We had a very good experience and found staff to be helpful kind and supportive. Dr Kiupers is a total super star and we are very thankful for the treatment given.

I took my granddaughter to the emergency room. We got there at 3:20 pm and at 7:00 we are still sitting in the waiting room waiting for her to see a doctor!! This hospitals emergency room has always been slow but its a hundred times worse now. Its ridiculous!!

I went for a CT scan and follow-up emergent surgery the next day. The surgery was a day surgery with Dr. Bond and Dr. Kieffer and it went really well. The Day surgery room and CT scan nurses were amazing, very accommodating and super friendly. The woman at the registration desk was also friendly and helpful. I didn't go to the on-site pharmacy but my wife did and said the pharmacist was great. For my first surgery and a totally unexpected one, I really couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Many thanks to everyone involved in my care.
