★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tested and found negative 2 days prior to visit and still put into a covid isolation room were o was exposed to if not caught covid 19 do to lackluster cleaning efforts (watched them clean it wiped down not even half the seats didnt even touch the armrests or door handle) ended up leaving after waiting 40 mins when I was the only one there, now I'm here with swollen lymph nodes and feeling like death because incompetent staff, disappointing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the hospital today regarding a pulled muscle, which was so bad I couldn't sleep.I had waited about 4 days before I went and that didn't help.
When I arrived I heard a little girl screaming and there was 2 little boys waiting to be seen.
It was no more than 5 minutes the nurse had everything under control and started looking after me.
She asked me a few questions and how it happen. She said that my back was inflamed and applied the med.
As soon as I saw the Doctor, he checked out my back and prescribed the medication I needed.
I've been to this hospital 3 times and they are just amazing.
They really know how to take care of people and the City of Durham should be proud of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my only complaint was when I was taken in by Ambulance I was there all night with no pain killers offered Surgery a week later but a well needed place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emerge waits to call in the doctor until theres a few people waiting, or unless your bleeding out onto their floor, took two hours of waiting in emerge and was told it was because the doctor was on break
