L	Leanne Poole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with someone that had blood in their urine. The triage nurse struck the person very hard in the kidney, as if it was supposed to be right to do that. Another time I had to be checked for an irregular heartbeat. They left the heart monitor on for five beats (less than ten seconds) then disconnected it. I have been repeatedly lied to, information omitted. I overheard a doctor say that he was 'just going to leave the patient there until he died'...the whole place is very clean...and very bad, at the same time.

Whatever staff was on in the birthing unit on math 16th the day after my baby born which is my bday (15th ) there was false accusations placed and lies and CaS showed up with cops at my boyfriend's house and made us drive an hr away due to their false accusations. If they offer u any kind of help I suggest denying it. A nurse named Kathy refused to let me have my winrow shot 3 times and I now have medical issues arising due to it. As well as this nurse removed a cathator and the bag didn't come out she just assumed it dissolved. 3 months later the bag fell out and I have had medical issues as well since. I rate this hospital 0stars.

Jamz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get checked for something fairly minor and noticed staff allowing patients and personnel enter and walk around the hospital without face coverings, masks being worn incorrectly, no social distancing and people skipping the lines entirely without any repercussions. It's scary to see this sort of behaviour being allowed during a pandemic.
T	Terry Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAD RECENT ECG AND CHEST X-RAY DONE. STAFF WERE ALL QUITE FRIENDLY. FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE THE COVID GAME. THE GIRL AT THE SCREENING AREA WAS EFFICIENT BUT DID NOT INFORM ME WHERE TO GO NEXT. JUST ASKED IF I KNEW WHERE I WAS GOING. I TOLD HER DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING. SHE SAID OK. THATS WHERE I WENT AND SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. ONCE THERE FOR A WHILE, THE TECH CAME OUT AND INFORMED ME I NEEDED TO CHECK IN AT THE EMERG CHECK IN AREA BEFORE COMING TO DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING.. THIS WASTED CONDIDERABLE TIME. SINCE AMALGAMATION SEVERAL YEARS AGO, THIS HOSPITAL HAS CERTAINLY LOST ALOT OF ITS SERVICES COMPARED TO WHAT IT USED TO HAVE. ALL IN ALL ITS A GOOD PLACE. ITS THE FIRST TIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SO LATE IN THE DAY BUT THAT WAS FINE, JUST UNUSUAL. STAFF WERE OVERALL VERY FRIENDLY EXCEPT THE DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING TECH NEEDED SOME PRIMING BEFORE SHE WARMED UP. FANTASTIC CARE FROM DR.PONESSE. GRATEFULL TO HAVE YOU NEARBY! THANKS.

J	James Bandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor that saw me was Dr. Bowman. Went here to get an x-ray of my forearms as I have severe pain in what feels like my bones. I assume the cause is a hairline fracture. I wanted to make sure and I don't have my own x-ray machine. I waited 7 hours to be told they don't have an x-ray technician in today, to take advil, and that they have never heard of a hairline fracture. Can't recommend
