★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put a deposit down for the following year no one called to confirm. So I phoned on September 7th. They said the cut off to get my deposit back was first of September. So I ask why I was not called? They said my responsibility. I ask if my deposit could be put towards another trip was told NO. You have lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst holiday ever. I have done tours before and enjoyed them immensely. The tour operator wasn't helpful and personable. All she did was talk about herself. The lack of facilitating connections between participants was poor. The only redeeming person was the bus driver. I never thought that i would say this but the American tour that I took far exceeded this one. Friendly, helpful, professional and the list goes on.
